Probably didn't word there title correct but my question is, is there a way to make an app not stop working when phone is connected to mhl/HDMI to TV. I've downloaded the xfinity TV app from the play store and every time I try to use the app while connected to an external TV/monitor the app gives me an error message saying to disconnect from the external source. Thanks in advance forum.

I found a older version of the app. It works fine now with HDMI out. Just don't update the app.

Well, I'm rooted as well. Which method did you use? OneClick or aRoot?
I don't remember I did it almost a month ago but. Can it be that I saved music files to external sd instead of internal sd card?

No, I have my music on my external sd. Try running aRoot.

i have had the same problem but not anymore. my guess is it has to do with background and foreground running. once you start music you press home button and turn off screen and wait, it wont stop playing music. if you dont press home button but just turn off the screen it will stop playing music after a while. Try it out and let me know if it is the same case for you.

Google Movies is not working. I bought a movie in the market but when I want to play them I get an error message with server connection error. My cousin with the same phone who lives somewhere else in the States has the same problem.

I am just brainstorming an idea here; does the xbox have a native web browser? If it does perhaps you could try setting up an ftp server style with the app "Software Data Cable" app.

What sort of files? If you want to use it as a media server, search for "media server" in the market. If you just want to transfer files, I'd say you'd have an easier time connecting to a computer and transferring that way (wirelessly or with a flash drive).
Xbox doesn't have web.. Not even such app that can work..

You could also buy the USB adaptor for the tab and transfer the files directly to a flash drive.

With my razr I could open up the app my music and seamlessly play my songs on my Sony google tv. Now with my rezound I am unable to after trying with the included music app and several other programs. I tried going to output n changing it but nothing comes up after the resound searches. Both devices are working on my home network. Can someone help me out with some insight?

I didn't have to on the xbox, my device just showed up in the music player automatically. Idk about tvs I don't have a tv with wifi lol.... Yet

For the 1st one Soundwire is a good app for streaming , for the second one you can use an app called unified remote, it has a lot of other functions also.
