I am looking a way to get windows style badge only notification but not anything in pull down notification area. only badge , vibra and sound.

So today I was checking some of the features on my phone and recently I noticed that there's a small user icon on the notification bar. And I have no idea how did I manage to bring it on. I have gone through every settings to remove it from notification bar but I failed to do so. Can anybody help me out?
