Have you resolved the issue? I am experiencing a quite similar problem with my Motorola XT912. The thing is that it works on some ROMs but it doesn't on just a few.

You can try Batakang ROM. It's working for me.
Fixing the ussd code problem
try this solution
Make sure your device is rooted.
Once you are done, install the root browser app from the PLAY STORE.
Enter the root browser app and scroll down till you see the SYSTEM folder.
Enter the SYSTEM folder and click on the build.prop option and select RB text editor, or any other text editor you may have to edit the build.prop folder.
Now make the following changes
telephony.lteOnCdmaDevice must be set to 0.
ro.mot.phonemode.vzwglobalphone must be set to 1
ro.telephony.gsm-routes-us-smsc must be set to 0
ro.cdma.home.operator.isnan must be set to 0
Once you make these changes, Save the build.prop
Exit the app and reboot.
thanks problem solve

can you tell me how to do it?
Font change
Try Type Fresh apk from following post
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=6103587
can only use true type fonts (TTF) at the moment
It works very well and pretty easy,
some times it says it can't mount just try again.
If reboot now at the end does nothing (problem on some roms)
just reboot manually
following webpage has lot of ttf fonts
http://www.webpagepublicity.com/free-fonts.html
See attached images on my tattoo two different fonts
All the best

May be your phone is not rooted, generally when you apply fonts through type fresh it asks for root permission.
To check your phone is rooted, If you have terminal app launch and type su
if you get # symbol then it is indication for root.

i am on rooted stock ATT 2.2 firmware. I have busybox installed. Tried LCD density changer app from market but everytime i try to adjust the setting, the phone freezes and the only way to start back is by removing the battery. phone starts back up fine at 160 dpi again.
i have tried 180, 200, and 220 all with same results. any ideas what the problem is?
If you are using a rooted phone browser to build.prop, mount it R/W (root explorer e.g), and edit it.
You should be able to change it there manually.
In the /system/build.prop file, add this:
ro.sf.lcd_density=XXX (where XXX is the density number you want 160/240/etc)
Save, restart your phone and there you go.

yeh, i saw that manual method but was afraid to try because i wasn't sure i'd be able to easily recover if there was a problem.
fortunately, i found a different app on the market "LCDDensity!" that works just fine. There is no preview and you have to reboot to make the change, but it does a fast reboot and it works flawlessly.
Thanks for the Help!

If the line doesn't exist, just add it. For some reason many of the stock Streak build.prop's don't have it in there. But, just add it and then you can tweak to your heart's content. That's what I did, and I'm on LCD=200 now.

You might have gtalk disabled with data.
Do this
1. Download SQLight editor from the market
2. If you don't have a good file manager also get Root Explorer from the market.
3. After both are installed - use Root Explorer to browse to /data/data/com.google.android.gsf/databases/gservices.db and click on it
4. Now click on "main"
5. Scroll down to gtalk_vc_wifi_only - highlight and hold
6. Press "Edit Record" and change the "value" to false instead of true

I am not on stock but assumed it would be the same. The build prop with .bak is a backup. After making changes with root explorer did you reboot? I would try changing build the build prop again, select save and exit, reboot, then try dialer code.
Edit... After reboot it may show up in settings without needing to use dialer. I believe it did on ICS anyways.

Sorry it didn't work. If I can come up which anything else I will post it here.
I've asked for help from XDA dev member Silesh.Nair and he has not responded to my in-detail message about the bugs and issues I have found using the CM11 rom for the i9205 on the SPH-L600. There are not many and I will post what is not working here in this thread. I am asking any devs that would like to work with me and help out to help me create the CM11 rom. This is a task I do not know how to do on my own and if I did I wouldn't need the help but I do, though i seem a bit frustrated in my plea for help, its upsetting to directly ask a dev and be ignored. Every Sprint Mega user here has asked to help get a working rom for there devices and nobody has come looking to assist. So now I'm calling out to all devs for help to get an actual good working rom for the SPH-L600. Any takers???
ISSUES:
-Screen Rotation
The problem is that at 0 degrees the screen rotates in any system setup app and native app screen to 90 degrees. These apps include wifi setup, email set up, the system settings app, contacts, gallery, etc. During start up and access on the home screen the device is calibrated to the correct orientation.
-The Dock
Which does not align to the center of the phone correctly.
-Phone Calls MMS SMS & Data
The setting I am using is LTE/CDMA/GSM (auto prl). This setting allows the most network features which are the following; Incoming MMS and SMS, Incoming Phone Calls, and LTE Incoming and Outgoing Data. Outgoing Phone Calls Bring up "Mobile Network Not Available" and when sending text messages I receive the message that the Mobile Network is currently unavailable and that my message will reattempt to send when the network does become available. When receiving phone calls the sound is clear I can hear the person and viceversa.
Wake from Sleep Flickers The Screen
If you tap the power button to wake the screen it flickers off then back on. It is annoying because it makes it seem like you are hitting the sleep button again.
The rom I am using the unofficial CM11 for the i9205 which can be found in the link below
[ROM][GT-I9200/I9205][Unofficial] CyanogenMod11 : 20140728 [4.4.4]
I am also using Philz Recovery that was made for the i9205 which works flawlessly for the SPH-L600 which can be found here.
Galaxy Mega 6.3 Sprint Version : SPH-L600 Stock firmwares with root: Flashable Zips
If you notice the Root instructions were made by Silesh so I cant understand why he wouldn't attempt, building roms for this phone without even owning it if he made a rootkit instruction for the same phone. Otherwise, these are the issues I have found using this rom. It is fast, fluent, and very well built. To Silesh sorry in advance for calling you out harshly in anyway but your help would be greatly appreciated. Please, I'm asking any dev up for the task. Please help out.

Ok first you have to delete all files which contain ril in their name
then copy all files which contain ril in their name from stock TW to CM
after that open build.prop of CM and delete
rild.libpath=/system/lib/libril-qc-qmi-1.so

now add following to build.prop (before rild.libargs=-d /dev/smd0)
rild.libpath=/system/lib/librilswitch.so
rilswitch.vendorlibpath=/system/lib/libsec-ril.so
rilswitch.cfilibpath=/system/lib/libcfiril.so
