In my opinion the original battery is better than any replacemnt, and you should bay it

The Capacity is around 2000mAh.. The release date will be very soon.
Why on earth can't they release it in black, if it's advertised for the XDAIIs that's black isn't it? i know it will work on the other devices as well but i don't want to put that on my sexy looking IIs and spoil it's looks, c'mon guys give us a black version as well..

The place to get the battrey is www.lionbattery.com. They have a pretty good price of 72.95 plus about $8 for shipping. The battery was black only in the prototype. It is the same color as the original. They are also coming out with a 3000 MAH battery.

How do I' know which one is the correct one for my SX66?, they all say that it's compatible; are this the same??.
Hope you can shed some light. I would like to oreder it as soon as possible.... CAn't live without my BA.....

i hv orderd for xda ii not for BA so u hv to open ur BA and check the lcd number and be sure that u hv orderd a ''new'' one.
I really appreciate your help .... I'll open up my BA & check the part #.... The lcd's that i found on ebay were used ones, I' assume that this is not good??.

ya, buying an old lcd on net is not good u never know about scratches and touch working so if u do so u may get robbed.

I saw it some weeks ago and looke for it at eBay but I only found some cheap gray plastic covers. I didn't found anything. Not even a official cover from SE. I'd like to know if it really exists. I think that buying a chrome paint spray will be more quick. ;-)

I do not think that the chrome paint would give such a result as in the video. I found a man here in Russia that sells metal cover. I'll try to polish it =) And still want to find the original)

This is a big scam !!!!!
It is physically impossible to get 2.5 times more in a battery with the same size as the original BST-38 .......
I tested a Gold battery that promised 1800 mAh and it turned out to be even worse than the original battery, from SE.
Save money and buy an original instead.
No it isn't. After calibration I get at least 3 days of battery time from the gold battery, with the stock battery I got usually 1 ½ or 2 at the very most.
It may not be triple capacity, but it's a lot better than stock for sure.
The problem for me is. If companies lie about their batteries being 2000+ mAh when they arent, what else are they being dishonest about?? The safety standards maybe?
So many people I know have bought them and disassembled them to discover old Lion batteries (700mAh) or 950mAh lipoly rebranded and repackage. I'll stick with my 970mAh..

Thank you. I don`t buy one. To nice to be true. anyway, with the newest ROM`s the battery Life is OK.
Nothing here in india as far as i know. but can we trust the manufacturers?

If a manufacturer is prepared to lie about the mAh then you cant trust them.. What else are they lying about? They wouldnt even blink an eyelid if your phone combusted and took the house with it..
