Can anyone write a small app that allows you to toggle stuff like WiFi, GPS, etc.? Or give me a link if it already exists?

Is there any reason you can't manually use the Wifi toggle button in the notification bar?
I'm using super nexus ROM. I miss those touchwiz features like pull down notification in all full screen apps, that brightness toggle in the notification bar, pop up play. Is thr any known method to add these into my phone? At least the pull down notification bar in any app feature???

i think you could try Tasker, so you could make the device to perform some task when a predefined event occurs ( like a fone shake,...)

I don't think can change without app.
You can download app LED notification changer at Play Store...
