i am confused ... is there a difference between lt22 and lt22i ?i sometimes find them on internet referred as 22i and sometimes without i .... which is it ?!
It's the same. Some phones have a in the end but LT22 doesn't have that

In the Xperia P or lt22i or simply lt22 like in some pages is named there is no difference, physical is lt22i.
In other devices like for example live with walkman the wt19a US for Mexico, USA(and a third country that I don't remember) and the wt19i is for the other countries, the difference between "a" and "i" is the band that they can work
The Xperia P doesn't have "a" because it works in 4 bands and works in every country(like the wt19 have 3 band so one band changes in the I versions to work)

So CM9 for lt22 should work for the i version?
Any rom will work on any variant irrespective of the Baseband,ie i or a.etc Only thing you gotta watch out for is when Flashing FTFs. Always exclude TA and Baseband if that ftf isnt meant for your exact device
So in short, CM9 will work fine
Cheers

No, WT19i is also used in whole Europe, which makes it International.

Not because it has an i means it's Indonesia

Just one difference, and its Camera,
Neo V = 5 MP
Neo = 8.1 MP with Exmor R sensor
no differences except camera...
no differences except camera...
I think it has different own systems, Since you can see on here NEO and NEO V has different development section which mean you can not install NEO V ROM on NEO mobile. Also developer who developing ROM they make a path for NEO or NEO V.

lol, you think a piece of code can break the hardware boundaries ?
if it can possible by any mean, I should start writing a program which can transform Neo V into Rocket

Oh well.. i have to wait a little more so i can see the differences between the two camera modules. Since i have to find the exact model of camera that neo has. And then compare their slots

Lol don't EVER try that. Neo firmware is ALMOST exactly the same as Neo V. I accidentally flashed the wrong tft once (flashed a Neo firmware on Neo V).
Nothing happened for OMG 2 days until I started the camera, which became both RED and INVERTED. Needless to say, I flashed the right firmware and restored from backup.

That can be solved by replacing camera drivers and lib.

I live near Kolkata, India. i am confused too about the LTE signal on my Neo V.
and now say which modification you use? those aren't Sony stock icons..
only icon "above 3g" in stock sony is 4g, which, of course is not in use.

Yes I do.
I think its just icon modification
Our Neo v hasn't got an implemented lte module, so no chance of using lte on Neo v.
As samak46 said its just an icon modification.

It's not an icon.
MT11i version is capable of utilizing 2100 carrier frequency. I'm from the philippines using stock neo v mt11i. globe telecom carrier with 4g LTE.
