Tested on brand new S3 locked for T-Mobile Austria.
Says, Menu not exists after Lock Menu!

On the Galaxy S III, form the main menu you can swipe and it goes all the way around, but on the Note 2, I can't seem to find the setting to unlock this. I get to the end of the page, and it stops; doesn't go around. Does this option exists or no for the galaxy note 2?
Thank you~
If it does I have not found it either .?

Have you tried going into mobile networks settings and ensure your APN (Access Point Names) are set correctly? In rare cases, these may have been resetted during the full wipe and flash.
If you dont know what are your carrier's APN settings, try googling for them.

Are you sure your SIM is inserted correctly/fully? I only ask because this happened to me and it was incorrect fitted SIM.

Here You have option Unlock at right. Choice Your Rom and Device:
http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=GT-I9205
Thabks, but unlock is via code and i have to pay for it. Is there any other way to unlock it like on the original galaxy tab P1000 and galaxy y where it will just modify the efs(guess) file?
