Not on stock ROM (unless they changed it along with the lockscreen widgets). I use Widgetlocker which lets you fully customize your lockscreen with sliders, widgets, wallpaper, wallpaper alpha, grid density etc..etc..etc..
Simple Image Wallpaper app lets you have different wallpapers for landscape, portrait, and lock screen.

Is there a way to fixate the wallpaper in TW launcher?
I just want to have non moving wallpaper even tho I scroll over the launcher pages.
I tried to change the picture size and all, but the wallpaper still moves along with the pages..
Tw launcher.? I never heard of that..but. almost all the launchers, there should be a setting for scrolling wallpaper. I believe it is in screen settings.
This is my signature....
I would assume he means stock touch wiz launcher..

Download simple wallpaper from the play store. It will fixate the wallpaper.

I think no, but you can use the widget lockscreen for 2.99$ on the play store. It can change your lockscreen style

Setting scrolling wallpaper should have nothing to do with the phone being rooted or not.
1. First are you using a wallpaper with a wider aspect ratio (I assume you are)
2. Did you pick the default 'Full' wallpaper setting when setting your wallpaper?

I didn't see any way to do it with the stock launcher. I use Nova, but all customs launchers offer it. If not need to wait stock tweaked launcher on custom's ROM.
With wallpaper wiizardii something something from playstore

I was trying to figure this out too. wizard wizardrii was buggy so I deleted it. tried nova launcher and hated it too. only thing I was able to do was resize picture to 1920x1080 on laptop and copy and paste it again like a double image. that works. it scrolls one picture to the next identical picture. lol alot of work for something so simple.
