i was preparin to flash a rom and now i have wiped everything but when i toggle USB ms thing it and connect to pc it just makes 2 noises instantaneously!
1st is like when we connect a device and 2nd comes instantly after that of disconnecting
what should i do ??
can you still boot your phone up????
partially i mean its jus black screen with status bar
i checked that i cant connect to usb when it is on!
do you have a custom recovery ????? i asume you do if so then do you have another phone you can stick your sd card in and transfer the zip file and then put it back in your phone and flash the ROM??? if not then try this it works for bricked phones i have never had to do it myself but i have heard from a lot of people that it works and has saved many many of bricked phones http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=883314

ok if you have not yet installed a custom recovery and have the the optimus p500 and your phone is not working or booting up then when you boot you can press the power button the volume down key and the home button all at the same time it should do a factory reset on your phone and it will boot up like it is the first time you ever turned on your phone if you do have a custom recovery installed then it will boot into your custom recovery and you should be able to flash the zip file from the ROM you wanted to install???? so basicly im asking what happeneds when you boot pressing the power, volume down, and home button at the same time????

Did you install the lg drivers first? The lg drivers were in the lg pc suite found on the sd card.

I don't think he has fastboot error, most probably he hasn't installed the lg drivers since he says that in device manager there is a question mark

I am in a fix, Please help if possible, It shall be very useful for me.
I have a Samsung Fascinate which was perfectly fine but by mistake i flashed DI18 Epic ROM by mistake with ODIN.
Odin Failed in last stage, After that i remove phone from USB and then tried to get it in to Download Mode, or turn on.
But nothing is happening in it.
Neither it turn nor it come in download mode.
Please help, if anyone know how to overcome with this.

Try hiemdall W/Stock restore files. You could always head over to the IRC the server is FREENODE and the chanel is #samsung-fascinate. Always someone in there willing to help.....

I believe a "Jig" would help in this case. Can somebody confirm?

Redownload drivers and try again also I dont belive a jig will help. I know adrenalyne fixed my boys fascinate when he flashed an i9000 file. I believe he used hiemdall and some files adryn had. Like I said GO TO IRC and talk to the DEVS of anyone can help its those guys.......

Also.. You will have to use the method of getting in to download mode of the bad rom you flashed.. So it might not be down volume anymore

USB Jig is not bringing my phone into Download Mode,
And EPIC Use 1 Numeric Key from Keyboard to come into Download mode, And fasciante dont have Keybaord.

Hi, well yesterday I was trying to flash the SGAce of my dad with Odin, but it was like 18 minutes without moving from the part that said "qcsbl download .." and as I unplug the phone and I closed the Odin, as I unplug the phone and turn it off so I try to turn it back on and nothing, try to enter the recovery mode and nothing, so try to enter anything Download ... and now I have a paperweight ... What I can do?
view my post here, flash the clockworkmod recovery from stock. if u allready have cwm, then flash the rom in the link off your sd card. it will boot up.

Thanks dragonnn spacecaker, today I learned something new and I'll put you to review this more thoroughly, but the important thing now, I have everything installed ok but when I put "adb devices" do not see the Ace, remember that the phone is in black does nothing.

go to service center !!
Yep, service is your answer. Bricked mine about a month ago. No life whatsoever, couldn't turn it on. I tried every possible solution that search results offered me and still nothing. At the end it had to be flashed directly on board. So I spent 50 euros on service, but I learned a valuable lesson.

Oh, I'm fine now, 50 euros lighter but with working Ace.
Ticoticox3000 is the one with the brick in his hand.
He should try the usb jig and share the experience.
ive tried it when mine was bricked but 4 day later i dropped mine from concrete stairs -_-
but yeah that was 4 months after i bought my ace now ive got it already 1.6 year

I bricked galaxy pro (B7510) with flashing clockwork mod using ROM manager now I have black screen only no recovery no downloading. Now I can only go into emergency dload mode (E+power button) or RAMDUMP mode (R+power button) and odin detects it but cant flash, stuck into setup connection...
I tries USB jig but didnt help.
I have Z3X box will it unbrick this phone ??

I think i now have the same problem. I tried to take a ROM backup using ROM manager and my 7510 just went dead.
Trying to reboot it using "Power+T" but to no avail.
Did you manage to solve the problem?

Maybe its just dead and charging is broken? Worth trying an external charger or friends device to make sure, that really is bad luck I hope to get this phone but I wont be diving into roms until I'm sure this won't happen :/

Note + Don't blame the ROM, it is ALWAYS the USER, as it was your choice. Nobody made you try flash it!
Is your device a international I9300 or I9300T model?
What did you mean exactly "Phone will not boot", stuck at samsung logo? or phone just won't power on?
try usb jib for S3. you should be able to go to yellow download icon mode and then flash back the old stock rom again.

I did more research and found one that claims to be just for the S3 and I will try it. I hop it gets to me soon I just really want the data off the phone.
I have seen a lot of brick posts with the release of this phone, crazy stuff.
how ar you trying to get into download and recovery.......and SOMETIMES, download made wont even SHOW on the screen but its still in download mode.....have you tried putting it in download mode ( even though the screen is black) and see if Odin recognizes it??
Dude try using jigs usb ... it will put ur phone 2 download mode... thn do the further flashing.....

if we would read more he has tried and is getting another to try it out.
but still i say try to get into download mode.....Volume down+home+power

There was one time when I was able to get the LED on while plugged in to the PC, maybe that was it .I really hope that was it but Odin did not see it.

I have tried every download mode and recovery, nothing works. Im not even sure if its charging. Sprint said they would try to pull the memory chip out and try to recover some data... fingers crossed
