Im a noob, and need your help.
My device is ST17i active. im using panic kernel and Unlimited ROM.
There is some bug, my torch/camera flash didnot worked.
And i also found error on compass.
Can you help me?

where u have flash problem (in camera app or light app?) which rom, kernel?? did it worked before (as u fresh installed rom)
Hi all,
I just started to flash my experia ray ST18i few days ago. It was bricked. I get it for very low price that's good right . I don't have much knowlege about flashing but I'm learning fast.
Here is description what I have manage to do so far. I did exaclly what he did in this link
After flashing many different roms that didn't work (stays always at SE logo when boots) I found this link which ALL works fine exept touchscreen on ALL.
The problem is when system is on I cant press anything on screen, the only button that works is power on/off it just shows lock, reboot and power off which I can't press.
I don't know any info about phone not even what was previus owner do with it I only know that it was working before.
I have install multiple urushi with CWM-based recovery v5.5.0.2
I have search the google for 5 days and found no answer about Touchscreen not working on urushi ROMs. Any other ROMs is not working at all just hangs at SE logo
Any ideas?

also I've thought about it...but I'm not so sure because touchscreen was working fine before it was bricked

Power button, volume up and down works, for Home button I don't know cos it is already in home screen.
In CWM home button works.

This means I need new touch screen
Just tell me if it will solve this isue if I replace display or only digitizer?

Yes from this site and also from my SD card cyanogenmod all this versions cm-7.2.0-urushi, cm-9.0.0-urushi, cm-9.1.0-urushi, FXP130-cm-7-20120719-UNOFFICIAL-urushi, FXP135-cm-9-20120824-UNOFFICIAL-urushi, FXP141_cm-10-20121007-UNOFFICIAL-urushi, FXP142-cm-9-20121013-UNOFFICIAL-urushi
And from this site too this versions:
version 43 [latest], version 28 [final], version 38s [latest], version 10 [final]
No above version touchscreen works.
Maybe anyone knows which version should work here for my problem
I still thinks it's software related. Before phone was bricked touch worked fine
BTW I first flash my firmwares via flashtools(which dont works for me for example this one ST18i_4.1.A.0.562_(1252-5332).ftf) and ROMs via SD and then kernel via flashtool.

If it's not working on a stock ROM then I recon it is a HW issue.
Well thanks ALL for help...I better to accept this and find myself a working digitizer before I loose my mind :laugh:
Solved!
Finally, I bought a touchscreen and replace it. Now works perfectly. Touchscreen have a nice response and all work as it should.
The problem was within the hardware.

I have the same problem! not working the touch screen on the wt19i phone!
Exactly The problem was within the hardware!
but touch screen was not A good performance With Replacement touch screen!!!
So I sold the wt19i phone and the bought Ray phone!!!

I bought touchscreen on ebay for 24$.
The metod in link I can't tell. My phone was bricked. When I repair it then I have discover that my touchscreen stop working. Probably was some error made while updating phone and made touchscreen unresponsive.

Xperia Mini Pro 4.0.2.A.0.42 Generic
was reading that is possible to repair the touch, but blocked my bootloader. I do not find another solution, wait could help me, I am grateful very much for your answers and your time

i know how it feels when yur phone is dead... i flashed a kernel dis nite & my phone refused to boot up, not even entering CWM nor flash/fast boot mode but was able to solve it after so many trials!:highfive:

Mine is something very strange, the telephone ignites, the touch works quite less, the rom installs again that mostre initially but the touch works but uncalibrated... Then it is strange, I believe that I will give it dead and it will not search mas nicely he treads on papers
- I am going to look later that to do with this, makes me slightly sad 2 years with the cellular one to the garbage, really I am grateful very much your time, my telephone if tape-worm enters CWM a safety copy, restore it but it is still equal, in end nothing works

Someone said me that, there is a patch[root needed] for xperia mini pro for back button problem. I searched Google for it many times. But i found a patch only for xperia mini.

which problem u mean??? i never heard about sth like tht..?
if u install a rom properly, and have right kernel then u never will have this; ONLY if u have a HW damage..

ahh ok.. hmm i never face some issues (that it didnt work until reboot)
only things are when the display is wet sometimes the button has no response or ''touches-himself'' ..... and now were u sayin that, i remeber that back button sometimes not work , BUT only IN recovery.....
hmm i dont think theres some patch it would be KNOWN. also if sth like this shows up all devs included stuff like this into rom's automaticlly....
(i dont think its a SW problem...)
but i have no idea what it can be, maybe the connector isnt very well made or some other HW-related stuff is the reason, but i dont know simply sry.

Yesterday my venstar 2050 stuck at android logo. Then i search internet and flashed rom for very same device specification
It works but the touchscreen bluetooth and wifi isn't functioning. Not to mention the display became very weird.
So, does anyone have firmware for this tablet?
I really need it, please.
Or if someone have the tablet fully working. I want the ROM backup

Mine have 4gb, so I guess it will not work in yours. Im at the office right now, when I get to home this night I will searhc the tablet for the file.
Maybe you can edit the file to fit your system?

Finally I have 5,17 GB as my internal. The method is to edit parameter file with RK3XX tool, and it works like charm

Sorry , how i can go in recovery mode with this tablet ? i can't.... my tablet go on , but at logo ANDROD die... it be in on , becouse if i connect it to the PC , it read the tablet ... how to do ?
