[Q] NFC Toggle Widget - HTC Droid DNA

The stock power control widget does not have an NFC toggle. Does anyone know of a widget (preferably a powerstrip-type) that works on the DNA?
*EDIT* Heres a list of widgets but don't have the feature I'm looking for.
Stock - no NFC toggle.
Power Toggles - has NFC toggle but only takes you into the settings where you then have to select "...more" then enable/disable it yourself.
SwitchPro Widget - has NFC toggle but takes you to the "Wireless & Networks" setting panel where you then have to enable/disable it yourself.
Power Widget - No NFC Toggle
*EDIT 2* I've figured out that what I'm trying to do is not possible. Apparently NFC toggle is not permitted for non-system apps.

I'm also interested in such a widget. No one?

So far as I know, there is no such widget for NFC. On the other hand one of the things that separates NFC from say WiFi or BlueTooth is that is uses VERY little power. So leaving it on all the time would not really affect your battery life and is the ideal way to use NFC.

CM Settings - Power Widget LED does not work

Hello
I am using Launcher 7 now, so no more extended controls. I found that the power widget under the notifications can control almost everything I need already, but the LED toggle for flashlight doesn't work. This toggle for extended controls does work though.
Is there an updated CM Settings or something where this toggle works properly?
I use LED flashlight almost everyday
thanks

[Q] 3g/2g toggle

Hi i was wondering if it is possible to add a 2g/3g toggle in the quick settings where other toggles for gps, ringer, rotation toggles are?
I'm used to keeping 3g off until i need to surf the web to preserve battery life.
Thanks
The quick settings in the notification slide down cannot be changed I'm afraid. Use something like Extended Controls to add a widget to your homescreen.

[Q] Customizing the MotoBlur ICS

Hi all,
I have several other Android devices at home, all of them runing CM7 or CM9. While I appreciate some of the things the Motorola ROM (GSM here) delivers, I'm missing quite a bit as well:
- grid size on home screen - having 3 widgets fills out completely a screen; I'm looking for a 50% or 100% increase in rows and columns. DPI changer is not able to provide that
- battery reporting is only done in 10% increments; I'm using Circle Battery Widget as a workaround
- no way to toggle 2G/3G with a switch. Using notification toggle because I cannot live without status bar toggles
- provider name is too long in the status bar
- no way to tweak auto light levels
- lock screen does not display any info about missed calls or messages
- notification led does not have any settings
- cannot assign custom shortcuts or wakeups - like pressing both volume buttons to open camera from lock
- no way to change the number of screens in home
- widgets do not get updated after an install, I need to kill the launcher first
- stock gallery looks really sad and performs slowly on zoom
- there is no "charge only" option beneath the usb/mtp/ptp
- no color themes for home screen, so I can use darker colors for power saving
- no themes for email widget, same reason
- email widget uses a lot of power (partial wake) even though the accounts are set to sync once per hour
- I don't see any way to take HDRs with the stock camera app. I thought this was default in ICS
- cannot use any other external sound equalizer - tried mostly with DSPManager
- stock music app does not wake on bluetooth control; if it's paused for more than 30 seconds I need to open it again to be able to resume music
- stock equalizer messes up the volume of the music pretty bad and it compresses the sound
- cannot assign a long press on the back button to kill the current app
On the other hand there are some new custom features which I really like, like the 'disable' application button, smart actions, detailed data usage and data limits, disabling background data, ...
So my question is, how can I enable some of the stuff above without losing a lot of battery life, money or UI integration (I'm thinking metro-like simplistic looks).
I'm also missing the option to disable individual permissions for apps, but the "disable background data" built-in feature fulfills 80% of this. I would have loved to be able to disable location awareness for some apps.
Right now the biggest gripe is the 10% step on battery reporting, I cannot get accurate battery stats. Still, that part is in part filled by BetterBatteryStats.

toggle flashlight and silent mode with lockscreen slider

One unfortunate limitation of the CM11 lockscreen is that you can't toggle silent mode or flashlight using slider shortcuts. (Yes, you can use the notification drawer or quick settings menu, but those are more cumbersome.)
I've been experimenting with Tasker App Factory, and I've just created two very simple apps: one to toggle the flashlight (torch) and one to toggle silent mode. You can set these apps as slider shortcuts on the lockscreen. I'm not a developer, so don't expect much, but I decided to share these in case they're useful to someone.
great, i had such a habit from old samsungs where holding volume key would turn flash on by default. thanks!
i use this menu: lock screen -> action buttons. there is an option to turn on toggle sound and torch, but it is not visualized.
Using an app called Torchie, just press both 'volume buttons' together to turn on/off torch anytime. It runs as a background service and just works anytime, even when screen off (if enabled from Torchie Settings). It kinda make your phone feel like a conventional battery operated torch. No root required.

Missing toggles in AOD

Anyone with the same problem like me?
In AOD, there should be 3 menu above clock (notifications & battery, music control & quick toggles for wifi etc), however mine only have notifications & battery and music, while swiping again only to show empty slots (no quick toggles), how to turn it on?
I have music controls and quick toggles besides notifications, maybe try with another layout?
