I updated my camera firmware from OMEF01 firmware to SIEG03 now the camera wont work. When I go to CameraFirmware standard Phone/Cam Fw ver check I get Cam FW Ver FAILED and Phone Fw Ver SIEGO3. Can someone upload OMEF01 please and I cant go to play store because it doesnt work in my country. Thanks for any suggestions in advance. When I start the camera I get Can't connect to the camera error.

Hello.. Just upgraded my xperia mini pro to 1.2.A.1.174 and the blitz on the camera does'nt work after that..Any other who has the same problem?

By blitz, would I be right in assuming that English is your second language and the flash is what you're referring too? If so it is working on my install of the same build, though I'm on a South American version. If you upgraded rather than a factory reset and clean install, you may wish to try repair via PC Companion or SEUS. Before you do you may wish to try Vignette or a another Camera application to see if it's just Sony's camera software causing the issue.

If update my phone via SEUS or via Update Service, firware change to 2.1.X.X.X and my sreen on first power bricked. I try several custom roms, and works fine, untill I install a DT. Every EOM which have a dual touch included dont work. I try official SE ROM, change the build.prop to nordic, update and screen again dont work.
I try to use a XFree beta ver. 3 and works very fine and fast, but when I add a DT firmware screen is unresbonsabile.
I dont what is the problem with my phone...
I think thats the new firmware isnt compatible with my phone...

I guess you try X10a _2_1_A_0_435 HERE on 2nd post.
Try that.
If doesn`t work try X10i 2.1_2.0.2.A.0.24_GENERIC on the same thread
If any work i think you had to wait for official release in your country and see if works. If not send that to warranty

But very strange is SEUS for my model 1232-4388 doesn t update to the latest firmware 2.1.x.x.x. Only to 2.0.x.x.x
Maybe SE for this model insert different screen
EDIT1: First ROM X10a _2_1_A_0_435 does not work... Lets go on second...

After the update to Poland firmware, when i checked camera version, i noticed that I have to update to newer firmware but Phone to CAM FW Write (Rear) button it is not available.
I went back to 4.1.1, checked again camera version and again Phone to CAM FW Write (Rear) button it is not available.
I noticed that with 4.1.2 XEO, camera performance is worse then ever (not focusing ok and slow - images are not clear and there are very few details). In 4.1.1 camera has the same firmare as the phone (phone fw ver = cam fw ver) and it is working fine.
How can i make button (option) active ? Or how can i update camera firmware ?

i would like to know what is the fix for the "pink spot" when in camera mode.... i flashed a few days ago 4.1.2 (stock UK) and noticed this issue, before on ICS i didnt seem to have it.
