Is there a method to enable the saving of pictures into external SD Card?

In camera - settings/storage/sd card

No such function in the setting menu.

Try downloading this and paste in system/etc and set permissions to rw-r--r-- http://db.tt/xX5gcRU1
But do a backup 1st just in case. It's a vold.fstab edited to swap the storage around.

I need to replace the file to stock one if I want to change to internal storage?

I suppose that you wish to root your device via fake recovery method, is it right? It is the best method in my opinion, but let me ask a stupid question, have you got at all an external memory card (micro SD) inserted into the phone?

Yeah but it won't mount it says error I've rooted before with an s+ I can't get into either the external or internal sd cards, weird. There isn't even an option to open internal card.

And answering the Jokesy question? Is it stock recovery (3e) or clockworkmode?

Yes you can only on jb roms
PS:this goes to Q&A forums

Dual boot cm9? Ics? Are you sure thats possible? Don't both roms need to be JB?
Why would you want to dual boot cm9? 10.1 is the latest
Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
Both roms need to be jellybean at least, so you will have to use at least cm10...
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
Doesn't it depend on the version of the Siyah Kernel? Maybe I was wrong

ICS was never supported for dual booting. So no, you cannot.
Questions go in the Q&A section

ICS passion and it detects my sim everytime and works flawless if I was you I would install that rom and wait till they fix that problem with the cm10
Search for baseband unknown or imei. There are many threads here. One thing you can try is delete everything in the system/etc/init.d directory and reboot.
