Yes Data is working. But since data was fixed it broke other things so the devs are working on em.

i d/l'd that from the market, installed it, but my battery icon didn't change... and I prefer the one in the theme..

You can change it in the settings menu.
Settings/system/status bar/battery status style.

a good completely blacked out theme, if anybody is interested, is included in the JustunBean Inverted GApps package for 4.1.2. you just have to extract the apk's from the .zip file, and they're excellent blacked out ones.

I usually stick with the stock Nexus JB or ICS wallpaper because It just looks Iconic.
I couldn't seem to find jusTUN BEAN's inverted wallpaper that it shows in the screenshots, so I started playing around myself with some filters on the JB wallpaper..
The attatched on is really one of my favorites. just a lomo filter from little photo..
As well as a couple others i think are groovy.. *(The Shining Red is from some Wallpapers HD app)
thought I'd share SOMETHING with all these folks working their butts off..
