all CM9 roms have a little issue from time to time when switching from flight mod to normal, that's why i asked

It's only for JB (CM10/CM10.1) mate..
CM9 (or preferably ICS, stock) doesn't have status_bar_expanded_headers.xml in res/layout/... So, yeah...
