you do realize that i built CWM from source.....you can use the same device tree to build it from source........same with TWRP

I know. But therbom also forked it and it looked better to me. But at this point, all protou trees are more or less the same. Cwm is already here, no point double porting .
I used primo device config.mk to modify ours.
Anyways I'll look into the problem.

I'm willing to. And I'm testing it too . I just didn't have time and access to a PC that day in case of needing FAST BOOT. The touch version of cwm worked which I posted in dev , but this didn't.

Hey guys it's me again . I've been looming around the GDX thread for a while and what I see is many (stock kernel) users are complaining that they are missing the ICS Settings from their ROM. I suspect Team Fun, in all their hardwork, have accidentally left out the ICS Settings in the stock kernel version. So I made a flashable zip with the Settings.apk from the Custom Kernel version, which seems to have the apk. Now, I haven't had the chance to test this out yet and since I can't find anyone to test, I'll just assume it works.
I'm sure this problem will be resolved by the next update, so till then, use this
Download
Steps
1. Download the zip
2. Put it in your SD Card.
3. Boot to CWM
4. MAKE A BACKUP
5. Flash the ZIP
6. Reboot and hope for the best.
If this works for you, please leave some feedback to alert other users that this works. Till then ta-ta.

It is for all kernel developers.The jb kernel for xperia u doesnt allowing system mounting in recovery option in cwm version 6..

Exactly we have to do what he did for lotus kernel.only giving permission in a correct way so that when you will try to mount system in recovery your will not get busy as a result your mounting will work..due to this all touch recovery based kernel are good but they are not well in root explorer Rw..I asked munjeni to build a kernel including all features and everything will work.. But he has no time..better you guys ask him to do

Plzzz create one seperate section for desire x dual sim so there will chances of correct phone wid correct flash and also starts development for dx dual sim roms and mods..

Their are many guides to make recoverys from Scratch for almost any given android device that supports said Recovery (do a search)
And Please can you not use Text Slang, I almost needed to go on Google Translate...

15 gb for cm repo and device tree etc. Maybe a bit more. Im booted into windows now otherwise would have given u exact stats. Rest is just building.... but building recovery wont take much space.
Are you trying to port recovery to any device??? One sv?
if u need my help, let me know. (boot.img, proc/emmc, fstab files needed + some device specific files.)

I want to know because I never built a recovery and to know one more thing it's not worst And yeah, maybe build some recoveries for One SV too (like Philz for ex.)

I have been looking for TWRP Touch recovery for Sola. But then I found that none of our devices (P, U, Go, Sola) have got the TWRP recovery!
Can anybody please compile it for our devices? (Sola specifically )
I could have compiled it, but I have no knowledge about compiling a recovery or a kernel.
Still, if somebody is interested, it would be my pleasure to help them! :angel:

Yes ... Me and Gava97 are working to OmniRom which includes twrp 2.5.6.X . If it will boot with that kernel,i'll let you know,otherwise we have to continue working
