I can not help you.
hope you will soon resolve the problem
First of all search for the Lumia 800 device forum, http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1378
Everything you want to know is in there. Most important thing the Lumia 800 is shipped with two diffrent types of bootloaders, Dload en Qualcomm, you can only unlock your phone, flash your phone etc if you have a qualcomm bootloader.
To find out witch bootloader you have, and to read more about it please read the Lumia 800 forums as mentioned above.
Good luck!

I've been looking for an interop-unlock for my lumia for many months but nothing yet...
Have you still tried to connect to your pc to see if it has a qualcoom or dload bootloader?
Can you post your phone data?

Not sure if its only for the 710 but the dude said its for 710 and the 800 also.
Altough , I dont have the balls to try it out, since no one confirmed that it is working.

Look for mobile phone repair shop with ATF flasher ...
I have 2012 Lumie 800 with original with DLOAD and with this tool is flashed to old firmware with Qualcom bootloader.
Flash price: 15 €. Now i use Rainbowmod 2.0.

You already have one ATF box and testpoint.
There is no way to replace the bootloader without one that is signed or via testpoint. (Same as with 2011 Sony Ericsson's)
Even if you managed to get interop unlock or full unlock you won't be able to replace the bootloader from that.

Its 100% possible, though it will cost a lot of time and skills. The hardware is not diffrent then hardware used in Android Phones.
There are people working on a port of HaRET, back in the days of Windows Mobile this software was used to boot into linux/android from wm. Topic: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=22229756
@crimpy1 is it hard to find such a shop? Do they all use ATF or just some?
I looked on ebay but the ATF device is just to expensif.

Hi everyone,
I saw several custom ROMs on Lumia 800 WP Development section. But I'm kinda confused here so I wanna ask, can Lumia 710 ROMs be flashed into Lumia 800? (like Rataplan, Lumiatrix)
Thanks.

Wish me luck on finding phone repair shops that can unlock my L800 DLOAD bootloader tomorrow.

No, the ROM is built for a specific device with inside specific packages. Take a Custom ROM compatible with your Lumia 800.
Nokia Lumia 800 DLOAD to Qualcomm
Guys, I am working on a full tutorial for Lumia 800. From Nokia Lumia 800 Dload to flashing ROMs, it worked on my Lumia 800! I will post it in approximately 4 hours I just needs 10 posts before I can post it with images
DO NOT USE INCOMPATIBLE ROMS!! I bricked my phone because I did, and I can only use it because I were lucky getting it back into the mode where you can flash it.

Hello Everyone..
I know the title looks like duplicate of existing threads but none of the suggestions seem to work for me so creating new one here.
So what I am looking for:
A firmware for Nokia Lumia 920 (RM-821) for GB region which is unlocked.
I need to flash my existing one with the above one.
Problem:
All sites give list of product codes for the same, but using different versions of navifirm or nokia care suite i could not get to download the firmware .
The different error i get is:
1. Variant not found
2. Authentication failed.
Could someone get me a direct download link to firmware I have listed above?
Or is it that Nokia has blocked all access to nokia care suite externally and blocked requests from navifirm?
Please help
Thanks,
