this is mean you have a little problem with Flash & Fastboot driver problem .
yeah that happen to me first, try to install the driver correct if you have win 7 or 8.
try this method: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2170114

Can you give me some information of your device?
Is the bootloader unlocked?
Is the device rooted?
Do you use custom kernel when flashing this?
Do you use custom Rom when flashing this?
Do you sure that you pressed the DOWN button instead of BACK button or UP button?

look at the last line of the log, its obvious.
u need to turn on usb debugging and unknown source from phone settings.
but in case u already did turn those two on, it might be just the matter of bad luck :/

why do we need to ON usb debugging and unknown sources for flashing a rom??? this is weird!!
Turn usb debug ON is always recommended on the log of flashtool, flash succesful or not, is for use the rest of the options that provides flashtool. and is not needed for firmware flashing just conect in flashmode is needed.
What I recommend is, try to flash again or re download the firmware.

Yes, as you can see from the log, it detects device connected in flash mode.
The phone does not boot but it's not dead, because it goes to fastboot and flash modes.
Background of this problem: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2162165
Anyone, please help!

nope even if it says ddevice connected in flash mode it means that drivers r installed...
either its driver problem or its problem with ur connection timing....
remember...
first connect ur phn to pc direcltly no flashmode...
now select ur respective firmware n start..
now later a dialog will pop up...
its time to disconnect ur device and connect in flashmode....
now if ur drivers r installed and ur did as I said ur flashing will start...

Thanks a ton buddy.
Success !!!
I used ADB.exe of my android SDK which is in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Android\sdk\platform-tools instead of the ADB.exe which is in flashtool and that worked. I turned off my fire-wall and then killed adb, then i connected my phone only after the prompt from flashtool

Thanks a lot! Was stuck in bootloop without a recovery and this reminder helped me complete my flashing process.
The other change that helped me is move the .ftf from \firmwares\downloads\ to \firmwares\

Place downloaded firmware file(.ftf format) in Flashtool\firmwares(by default C:\Program Files\Flashtool) folder.
Start Flashtool.
Click the lightning button and choose Flashmode.
Firmware should appear there, if you have it in correct folder. Choose it.
Turn off your phone, connect USB cable to computer, then press Volume Down button and connect USB cable to your phone.
Flashtool should detect your phone and starts flashing. Follow the instructions.
turn on your phone when you get flashing is completed

Should I Uncheck The Baseband Or Something I Had Missed Before Flashing It?
Btw Im Running XNovathor 4.1.2 V5 Currently..
Any Help Would Be Appreciated..
@TJam12
It may be corruped firmware file, connect your phone in flashmode while flashtool window is open, if it stays connected for about 45 seconds it's not drivers problem.
Why not use SUS or PCC to flash stock?
I Could But I Need To Relock The Bootloader By Flashing The Relock Ftf.. But Its Gives Me The Same Error As This One..
Btw, It Only Stays For 10 Seconds, Is It A Drivers Problem? But Flashtool Detected It Though..

Fot my understanding you can flash with fastboot, at least system and kernel, and maybe the rest you'd be able to flash with flashtool as they are small.

fastboot flash system system.sin
Not sure how safe this is if you cannot flash the others.
The others I don't know but maybe you will be able to flash them with flashtool
There is the partition image that may need to be flashed first.
Maybe it's better to find a computer that flashtool would work on.

You said flash mode disconnects after 10 seconds, normally it is 45 seconds, that could be a problem or with the file.
Try reloading the firmware file or even better, build ne from PCC files.
Start repair with PCC untill it ask you to connect in flash mode, the build FTF .

Haha, No Need.. I Solved It Already..
Apparently Its Because Of The "Holding Down Volume Button" Thing..
If U Just Connect The Phone While Its Powered Off Without Holding Anything It Works.. Anyway, Thx For Helping..

That's ultra weird, gotta hold down the volume down, but not forever.
You say it flashed without holding it down at all,?
