Splitting a Firmware into PDA/Phone/CSC

I would appreciate it if someone could shed some light on splitting a single package ROM into 3 parts and vice versa. The reason I want to do this is because I want to keep the Modem and CSC of the UK ROM but want the software of a 2.3.6 ROM which does not have the XEU CSC. I have done 2 days of searching and researching without any luck.
I have also looked for the alternative of the latest 2.3.6 Gingerbread Firmware in 3 parts to flash in Odin with no luck whatsoever. Therefore, being able to split a file will help me hours of wasted searching with no results. This information does not seem to be available anywhere and I am pretty sure it would help others. I have also tried ROM Packager but I do not think that it is compatible with the s5830 or the Firmwares available at SamMobile. Thanks in advanced.
Flash the XEU csc after flashing your desired firmware?
In order to do this I still need to split my existing ROM to get the CSC and modem files out right?
Can anyone tell me where I can find a list of different CSC or Modem to download. I did see a CSC thread somewhere here on this forum but can't seem to find it through the search. Please if anyone knows, can you please post me the link to that thread. Thanks

ICS update..have no idea how!

well hello XDA forum people.
im new in to this and i need a little help..
since there is a new update for Galaxy S2, i cant update....
when i connect my phone to the kies, it sais your device doesnt support software upgrade via kies.
so i checked to my firmware version : its I9100BOKJ2/I9100TNLKJ2/I9100XXLPH/I9100BOKJ2 (XEU)
so some after research i find out that the XEU is a code of UK...
the thing is i live in Holland, and i got an UK mobile. how can i change that code to a Code of holland. i cant find the code for it... so im asking help, can someone help me with this. i have ODIN but, im missing that file which needs to change it to dutch Update code.
thx
Sounds like you need to flash a Dutch rom/CSC. Search Samfirmware.com for same.
I tried to search there, seems there are different codes for dutch rom... maybe someone does know more and could post the dutch csc .
Thx in advance

Cant find stock rom/kernel for XXKI4

As i said in the topic, im trying to revert to stock since i have to send in my phone with a broken glass to my insurence company.
But im having trouble finding any working links for it, since its all multiupload which is down..
Im running XXKI4, Swedish version(Nordic i suppose).
Anyone out there that know where i can find it?
Thanks.
One use Google
Two try Sammobile.com
Three download via Checkfus
jje
Thanks, i found a nice guide on a swedish forum. I also found out about CheckFus Downloader.
I have one question though, if my product number is XXKI4, will it work if i install one with this info?
Product Code: GT-I9100LKANEE
Latest firmware: I9100XXLPQ/I9100OXXLPD/I9100XXLPQ/I9100XXLPQ
Modified: 2012-03-09 14:57:02
Filename: GT-I9100_NEE_1_20120309133406.zip.enc2
Thanks
I had XXKI4 and I flashed XXLPQ no problem, I put my phone into download mode and ODIN'd it across.
Thank you, i updated successfuly!
Although, i seeem to be missing some stuff, such as the new camera and the new gallery thats supposed to be out, i havnt had the chance to look over the rest.
Any ideas about that?
Bumping this!

[Q] Need unbranded Australian firmware

Howdy.
Hoping some one can direct me to a working unbranded firmware for SG2.
I have obtained one listed at Sammobile:
I9100XWLP8_I9100XSALP4_XSA
4.0.3 2012 April I9100XSALP4 Australia
But it is not in english (I think it's polish or something) and just crashes the phone so another working one would be more useful I think.
If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
Also, assuming a working firmware exists, is it likely that the phone will stop crashing on start up or is something else likely to be causing this problem. Thanks.

1. Wrong forum
2. Flash this firmware, it's the newest unbranded one and contains all the languages.
Thanks for that. I can't find a link on the web page to down load the firmware.
You can get I9100XWLP8/I9100XSALP4/I9100XXLPS/I9100XWLP8 which is unbranded AU stock ICS from Checkfus. Search for the PC version on here/Google. Then choose Android/I9100/Australia GT-I9100LKJXSA in the pulldown boxes. On the left hand side it will populate the product code/PDA/CSC/phone fields, then click 'check firmware'. This will give you the the details I mentioned in the first line.
From there, click 'download' & it will download/decrypt an Odin flashable firmware package you can flash following the usual instructions for flashing firmware with Odin (put the package you download in the PDA section of Odin).
Thanks for that,
Does anyone have a straight link to a download please. I'm not in a position to install software just to obtain a download.
Also can anyone advise why the device boots in to a non english language when loading Australian firmwares.
I have tried about 5 different "Unbranded australian firmwares" and they all boot in some language I can't work out. It's eastern european or something.
The phone must be in out of box state when these firmwares are loaded because it doesn't just boot up like when I first got it. There are a series of what appear to be questions I have to answer before the phone will start up. Then it crashes.
Also does anyone know why it would just crash on a new firmware that apparently eveyone else can use without problems. Is there something else I need to install apart from the firmware?
Do I need a kernel or something else with these firmwares?
Any useful help appreciated. Thanks
Does everyone have to read in those characters in the box before they have to post. I find it very difficult to read whats in the boxes. It takes 5 or 6 attempts before this forum accepts my codes.
I found a web site where you can lookup if there are firmwares available.
I'm not allowed to post it
its the home page for that checkfus program
Unfortunately there are none for Australia. Can anyone suggest a working set of droid OS downloads I can use to get this phone working again please?
Full wipe, flash stock ROM, it will be in English.
There are many stock roms for Australia at Sammobile.
You can also use check fus down loader
I am still trying to get a download for unbranded Aust stock ROM GTI9100. Sammobile does not recognise a search for this phone so maybe they no longer support it. I agree trying to get a simple download without having to join another site or get hit with malware is well nigh impossible it seems.
Hi @trebleguy , install this first .
The ROM contains all languages.

[Q] GT-S5360T Australia

Hi all. My first post! Apologies in advance for asking something that seems it should be here, but seems is not. After tireless searching, it seems there is no stock roms for GT-S5360T for Australia (Telstra CSC(? I think?). Please please if anyone knows of the location of any please link for me???
Ok so I've read through a lot of the forums here and I've figured that I had the Austrian stock Rom originally (55360TAJKK3). I have flashed the firmware to it and it's back to it's original state except one thing. There's no network. Telstra is listed under the APNs but I'm assuming it's Austrian telstra and it's because I don't have the right CSC file? Is this right? Is there a CSC file anywhere for ZSA for this? I've looked throug Doky's thread but can only find this rom. Can I flash just a CSC file to my phone without the modem and pda if I do happen to find it?
This worked for me.
