I'm debating on buying a att onex+ and since the hardware is the same as the international version does that mean we can flash different cid roms? all all dev made roms would be compatible with different regions? (kind of like the att htc one x and international one x cant play in the same field)
The CPU is the same, but the radio hardware differs so does software (kernel ect). So no, you can't use international one x roms on the AT&T version. Not even custom roms.

There are different roms for each version so browse the forum. There has been roms released for the ATT version.

Hello all,
I was wondering why International ROMS won't work with the AT&T version. They have the exact same hardware; its not like the HOX and HOXL right? I'm trying to develop a ROM for AT&T/ Telus. Can you guys tell me what's up?
Thanks,
Irish
EDIT: Is it because the partition locations are different?
I think because the att/Telus has lte and intl doesn't.

Hi there, I just got an AT&T HTC one x+ and I have a quick question or two.
So I'm guessing that international roms/kernels will not work on my phone and will cause it to brick right?
Also, do roms/kernels from the regular HTC one x work on the x+?
Thanks!

Yes (sort of) to your first question and no the second. International ROMs/kernels will not necessarily brick your phone, but they will make it largely non-functional until you flash a new ROM and kernel.
And to add to that. One X roms, kernels and recoveries. Will not work on our device.

I am with tmobile on there model HTC one , and I can't seem to get any good info as the forums there have just recently started ...
Figured id venture over to att HTC one and see if I can get my question answerd...
I'm reading a little on line that roms for my device are pretty much compatible with all HTC one variants ? Does any one know if I can flash what variant of roms on my m7?
Only thing I'm hearing is none of the roms have radios for tmo incorporated in!??
Anyone have any insight on a Roms for us or have they been flashing roms on others HTC ones

you can check HTC one international forums, so far i tried android revolution hd 7.1 and seems pretty stable and fast
Awesome thanks I figured it was the international variant that was the compatibile Rom ... The one you flashed specifically was that on an att or tmo HTC one ? Did you have to flash the radio separately

All the GSM radios are the same I believe. But if not ARHD 7.1 takes care of the Tmo people. Not sure if it's by flashing a separate radio, though it's not out of the question. Can be done easily within Aroma.
Ahrd doesn't flash a radio the aroma options are for buildprop changes and signal icons.
Hi this might be a stupid question, but I was wondering why it's so easy for devs to get a AOSP rom working for the international version, but not for the ATT version? I know the problem for the ATT version is the call audio issue, but how were they able to work around it on the international version?
Read the question wrong... for AOSP because int uses hox ics sounds drivers.

How can I convert my Htc One X Plus AT&T version in the international version?
I want to install a custom rom for the international version in my AT&T htc one x plus...
Well if you know how to moddify hardware and have a lot of time, you will be the one telling us.

I dont want to change the HARDWARE , only convert by the softwarte to have the international update in my htc one x plus At&t version
Unfortunately it's impossible, the two devices are different hardware wise. (Mostly with LTE) Unless you know how to change the internal hardware, as stated above, you'll just have to wait and hope a AT&T version of the rom you want (I'd assume Android 4.2 w/ Sense 5) is released.
