Intallation :
Go to recovery
Do Factory Reset. (If you have problems format system and data)
Flash The ROM
Rebout the phone : You will have a error in notification bar , don't worry, directly use the keys to come back to recovery
Flash the Fix
Reboot the phone

No , you can flash directly from your actual ROM.

Non, is a normal port to see if all is working. After , if the ROM is good ,i will aply aditional customization from xperia.

Please , try the new upload.
Are you using CWM or TWRP because in TWRP there are some problem with this ROM.

Antutu : 5852 with sd write and read 0 and CWM kernel and new antutu version

try to wipe system before flash rom if you use TWRP

I think what caused the bootloop is not the rom. It's the fix.

Op you state that do a factory data reset. And if it doesn't work, do a system, data wipe.
You will have to wipe data, cache, dalvik-cache. System is optional, but recommended!
Please correct it.

Yes , play store is in the ROM but don't appear in app list , if you intall it the system ask you if you want replace it.
I left one link to download the app in the first page.

I think bootanimation could be the problem.does not work on twrp.please fix i really want to try this rom,
