Just wont share, http://www.swiftkey.net/flow/ this keyboard is just great and works full with ASUS dock, means I can input ąęł and other characters specific for my language from the dock without switching back to ASUS keyboard:victory:.

Atm im using Swype beta keyboard. But im keen to hear other options what do people prefer.
Free or paid aps. Lets get a list going here.
list so far
* Better keyboard 8
* Skype Beta
* Stock
* Gingerbread Keyboard
* Thumb keyboard
* Smart Keyboard Pro
I use Better Keyboard 8
Using stock one atm (it works pretty darn well imho)
Might try the gingerbread keyboard which should be hanging around on xda here somewhere. (It's been great on my samsung galaxy spica)
Thumb keyboard looks nice too for thumb typing in landscape
One thing i'm missing in quite a few keyboards is arrows to go back a few letters.
Thumb keyboard, it have almost everything, including the arrow keys
Thumb keyboard : letters and numbers are shown on the same keyboard
I am using smart keyboard on my 70 . Its looking great on portrait and landscape .. Has a good support for languages that i need . I just remove few features from settings like sounds haptic feedback and few others to become as responsive as the normal keyboard ... Has not split keyboard support so may not be the best option for 101 .
I tried 6 or 7, and for me Smart Keyboard Pro is the best, especially after a bit of configuration.
I use Hacker's Keyboard at the moment. It has all the extra things like Escape which are useful for me in terminals, etc.
swype,
I liked slideit more but was having problems with the latest version.
Thumb keyboard on 101.
I use "Any Soft Keyboard".
I need a 3 language full support, and it do this well.
Thumb keyboard..
the best keyboard i've used..
I use slideit, but it is not as good as Swype.
Can you tell me how to get swype to work again with Swype 3.0?
I always get the message This version of swype has an invalid license and will operate with limited functionality. This is strange because you would think that an tablet version would work on a tablet as my Archos 43IT

+1 for Thumb keyboard on A70
I use swiftkey beta keyboard. pretty good with thumb mode landscape - two little 1/2 keyboards on the edges and number pad in middle.
Absolutely no competition here ,
+1 Thumb Keyboard ........ Head and shoulders above. 101it
SlideIt keyboard for me. I couldn't find Swype when I was looking, but with the new version of Slideit, you can adjust the size in landscape, so it works perfect.
As a Linux user, I quite often need special characters like the pipe and so on. How can I access these characters which are not showing on the normal keyboard layout?
Look for hackers keyboard in the market. It should have everything you need.
Gorgeous! YMMD!
(Typed using the Hacker's Keyboard)
What is your keyboard (touchscreen) of choice for the Prime?
Anything ICS?
Thanks for your thoughts...
Thumb keyboard

Thanks ravizzle, and any other Prime keyboard thoughts?
I've been us A.I. Type Tablet keyboard and loving it. awesome word prediction and I find their split keyboard to be easier to use since its smaller.

I also use Thumb Keyboard. It is extremely customizable, and I find myself using the hell out of the Quick Text shorcuts (the little "pin" icon).
You can also customize the size of the keyboard's keys in both height and width, with different settings for landscape and portrait orientation.
I really think Thumb Keyboard is the unquivocal best keyboard for Android tablets. I type supremely fast on it, faster than Swiftkey on my phone, and the quick text features really expedites filling repetitive stuff out online.
Smart Keyboard Pro... awesome. Has skins, and customizations up the azz.
Hacker's keyboard; without SMS learning I found SwiftKey not as good at completions as the stock android kb; and I prefer the symbols layout on hacker's.

I'm also using the thumb keyboard. I like holding the Prime in landscape mode and it's the only way to type without possibly dropping it.
Thumb keyboard is what I used briefly while I had my Primes. I didn't even realize it for awhile but I had gotten it free on Amazon. It is worthwhile to go through all those free paid apps of the day once in awhile.
I review Android keyboards as a hobby and I was itching to try them on the HDX when I realized that FireOS is hardcoded to have only ONE keyboard... the built-in one.
Is there a way to get a third-party keyboard onto HDX and working?
Sideloaded keyboards work just fine. Sideload one then go to Language/Keyboard then click on Keyboard Language and you can choose which keyboards to use. I have mine set to English (united states), GO Keyboard, and Sixaxis Controller since I was trying to get a PS3 controller working but it doesn't see the controller even after I type the mac address into the Pair tool on the PC.
swiftkeyboard and thumbkeayboard seem to be working fine... only thing is that, on landscape , the nav bar takes away quite some space out from the screen, so you end up having problems trying to reach the rightmost keys...
Looks like you need to disable navbar as full screen keyboard conflicts with swype and swiftkey in landscape

Not All Work
I just got my 7" HDX for Christmas and first thing I had to do was change the stock keyboard. I use one called Jellybean keyboard on my phone, but when I sideloaded it to my kindle and activated it, it doesn't come up English. It looks to be some middle eastern language, but when going into settings to set language for that keyboard it crashes. I'll have to try one some more to find a working one, probably a more mainstream like GO. Thanks for the assistance in finding where to enable new keyboards.
Got it. The newly installed keyboard would be hiding amongst the dozens of languages.
Fleksy appears by itself.
Swift Key or Google keyboard would be listed as English -- United States or English (US) or some such choices
Enable them and trial and error. Fire OS hides the keyboard details.
Is there any way to do this. I'm using an Asus MeMo Pad 7.
When I changed the keyboard to Japanese, I got the Kana layout, which is really time consuming for me to use. I'd like to have it setup how iOS and Windows does it. With a normal English/Romaji keyboard, but the characters change as I type. For example typing "re" turns into ”れ”.
