i got a problem with my front camera since i updatet to ics i can open the cam app and use my main camera but when i switch to my front cam the camera opens with a black screen and when i make a picture the camera app just crashes i got a logcat here hope someboby can help me

Hi guys
I've just noticed a very slight click sound when I launch the camera on the s3. Only the rear camera not the front one. Dont think it was there before and just wondering if its a problem. As I said its very slight and only when you launch the camera not when taking pics, switching to video mode etc.

Please help me out. On my lava 504q, Icon to toggle between front and rear cameras has suddenly disappeared. The only camera that's working is the rear one, and there's no option for switching it, i just realized this problem today, but it seems there's no problem like this a few days ago, if somebody can help me, it'll be greatly appreciated
I did try with video calling but only rear camera is getting activated. I could not find single way to start front camera of my mobile. XDA developer please help me on this

I have the same problem lol, I have a D6502 xperia z2 rooted tho I thought it was the rom I was previously using, which was existenz but then same kept happening on stock 4.4.2 and cyanogenmod 12.1 now there isn't even an option to change from back to front cam on the camera app. It started with snapchat blacking out when changed to front cam. Now no front cam for me at all.

I ported CM13 to my device, but in camera there is no flash-led and front camera not working... back camera is working fine, but there's no flash...
I replaced all "camera" lines in "init.mt6755.rc" in boot.img and replaced all "camera" permissions in "/system/etc/permissions"... but still no flash and front camera.
There's even NO FRONT CAMERA option in camera app.
