[Q] Stable Version of Mogami aka CM10 for XMP - Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini, Mini Pro, Xperia Pro, A

Hello,
I am just curious to know, has the stable version of CM10 for XMP released or still under production? I checked FXP site and can see the latest release as FXP149 UNOFFICIAL. But on their CM10 page, SK17i is marked as done. Any idea? Please light me up..
Thanks

FXP 149 is almost stable apart from a few minor bugs...
FXP will continue fixing bugs... As you can see in the channelog....
According to their recent statement in the FXP CM10 thread, they have also started working on cm10.1 that is Android 4.2
Previously FXP was not developing cm10.1 for 2011 devices...
That's why they marked CM10 done
But due to request from many users they have started the project

No android 4.2 is also known as Jellybean...
Key Lime Pie will probably be android 5...
And there is no guarantee that cm10.1 will be stable because Sony isn't providing the sources for 2011 devices...
But let's have faith in developers...
Here's the link for CM10 by FXP

Hmm that's strange that they used that as a code name considering the Nexus One is the HTC Passion
what are nightly builds exactly ?
@bornotty:
Compiled Builds (on a day-to-day - or night-to-night basis) with all the new Features, Bug's, Apps, Settings, etc.

They seems to be no live wallpapers can anyone else confirm this?
Why create such a thread in Dec section?
R u posting a rom? R u posting something where u have developed something?
Nightlies are created by CM build bot ... they will use same code as fxp release since fxp are the ones pushing those sources.... but will be much more unstable...
This clearly belongs to general section... also correct the name of this thread to discussion thread...

First helpful post I've seen about about whether to use the fxp or the official cm releases
I guessed right by sticking to the FXP releases

I just prefer nightlys as they are (Nightly) and have more frequent bug fix's etc
isnt there also a stable 7.1.0.2 or something? has anyone tried that?

Yes but I would not call it stable as the camera does not work and Touch Pads are not brilliant nightlys have have the latest features just like a updated Rom every night so your stable will not have latest features but the latest nightly will have

imfloflo is a moderator and he has clearly outlined the purpose of that thread...
codeworkx is codeworkx he IS THE CM DEVELOPER!!!
the one by jlevy73 is interesting...
in my personal opinion these kind of threads should atleast be started by a team member (member of the team handling CM release for that device)... so that there will be some use of it... else it will only be users keeping on debating/posting same things over and over again
again this is just my personal opinion... wht u do is ur wish...

Cyanogen teams announced CM10 M "monthly" and "stable"!

As the tittle, CM team announced a CM 10 M ROM to Xperia S and Acro S. They said that more "stable". But now don't have dowload-file!
"Something we have learned over the past few months is that if you don’t release, someone else will do it for you. Since we are open-source, we absolutely encourage it! Unfortunately, the quality of unofficial builds can vary, and we are serious about quality. Of course nightlies are always available, but we realized that having something that is a bit more stable on a more frequent basis is important. Starting now, we are rolling out our M-Series releases. M-Series builds will be done at the beginning of every month. We did a soft freeze of the codebase for the last week, blocking new features in order to stabilize. Our plan is to continue this (assuming that the response is good) up until stable release, and onward.
We aren’t exactly sure what M stands for. “Monthly”, “milestone”, or perhaps “MINE ALL MINE!”. Whatever it is, I hope that we are meeting the needs of community.
M-Series builds will be available under the EXPERIMENTAL tag. The filename will include the date stamp as well as the M version. These builds should be stable enough for daily use, and we encourage feedback and bug reports."

You can view source or find anything here!
And can we hope to a "less-issues" rom? :victory:

any cm9 or cm10 rom in the works?

hi,
my first post in the go/sola/p/u forum. i really like the idea of a clean version of android without bloatware and the proprietary ui of the device manufacturers. so i was wondering if there is any rom based on cm10 or cm9 currently in the works for our devices?

AOKP for XU is very laggy, reboot problems.
yes, those are already known problems...
i'm finishin' the translation to PT-rPT, this is very frustrating cauz i can't understand some of the meanings... most part of the translations will need to be revised later to check if they are correct in context... obviously i'll do that as soon as you can put them in the rom...
sorry for being late but i had some school exams that i didnt expect

Try Milestone by NEUROM. You'll change your mind. Hopefully, he'll release an update in the next few days

So Xperia P development finished?

Is that it? Nothing? I mean .. xperia p will never get a fully functional custom rom and i dont mean stock based roms ...?

Well, why don't you help out the developers instead of moaning about the lack of development? The P has a Novathor chipset, and as already mentioned in your other topic about the same discussion, developers are already working on CM. In fact, the CM10.1 by @percy_g2 is pretty stable for daily use.
