Is under accessibility. Is called talk back
Sent from my SCH-I605 (AKA NOTE 2)
Boy, you're on a roll today, huh?
Turn off talk back in accessibility options.

If talkback isn't enabled, it might be another issue many of us have encountered. Certain apps such as Liteflow and Popup Notifier, as well as others, can cause this behavior if they are enabled in Accessibility Settings. There is no cure other than uninstalling the app that isn't playing well.

Different framework so none of them will work without porting them.

Just curious as to why no S4 ports yet. Has anyone started work on it?
