Hi everybody!
I was wondering if there is a way to install in "batch mode" apps from the market. Since I change rom very often, it takes me a lot of time to install over 200 apps, one by one, from the market every time.
Thanks everybody.

Why don't you use Titanium Backup? You can just use the Batch option to backup and then restore all your apps with data. (you should have the pro version for this). You don't have to depend on the Market (or the Play store) for restoring the apps. Titanium Backup even restores the apps with the market links. Couldn't live without it.
Ok thank you for fast reply.... I already bought titanium pro but if I restore the apps from titanium, will they updated from the market? Or what happen with the purchased apps? Thanks you for your help!

Titanium Backup Pro not only backups up your apps and data, but it also backs up 'market links'. So after restoring your apps, your market app will recognize the installed apps and you can update the apps in the future when you get any updates. And it will also work with purchased apps, so don't worry.
My silly method for new roms .
Update apps on the market .
Update the Titanium Pro backup .
Do a Nandroid backup .
New rom .
Restore apps from TB .
Nandroid in reserve in case you want to go back to old rom .

Wow! Perfect!
Now last question: i heard that somebody suggest to restore only the apps and not the data, because it can creates some problem for mixing old data with the new system. Is it true or i can go on in this way?

You can restore Apps+Data for all your apps. No problem. But do NOT restore with Data for any system app coz your new ROM will have different system data. You don't have to worry about normal apps though.

Thank you everybody for your fast help!
Now I'll try this method to change my stock rom into the new Miui v4!
What's the best way to restore in titanium backup after flashing to a new ROM?
From an apps perspective, have the phone setup the way I want, apps frozen, etc I thought after flashing, I would be able to restore to that setup, but clearly doing something wrong. I do a batch restore and wind up will old apps, unfrozen apps and basically have to do the whole setup over.
Assuming this is user error, and hoping someone can provide insight. Do you create an update.zip and flash to that?
Thanks.
I don't believe you can save frozen app setups and such. All the update.zip does is allow you to flash titanium backup in recovery so you don't have to download it from market again and is just installed as a system app

You can choose what to restore when you you do that batch restore.
Maybe you are not setting it up right?
Every other night i have TB set to backup new data for selected apps,
New versions of selected apps
System data like messages, call logs, etc...
I can then restore them almost perfectly. Opera bookmarks give me fits, but that's about it.
Hey, really quick [Q]
I know that Titanium Backup is pretty much fool-proof these days. But I want to know if it's safe to restore ALL APPS WITH DATA.
Could I potentially screw something up because my previous OS was ICS 4.0.4? I restored my old device ID because I've read that in 99% of circumstances you will want to do that.
So is all apps with data safe? Or should I go about the hours of manually restoring the data myself?
Cheers.
Yes it's safe. App data is independent from os.
So Titanium Backup won't restore older system apps that are incompatible with newer JB apps?
Coolio. Thanks. I literally had my finger hovering over 'backup' lol.

Use the very 1st restore option "missing apps with data" this will be your user apps. Once clicked u can then select which ones to restore. Never restore OS apps as this might create problems or fc's unless it's something like playlists or WiFi settings.

hello,
I want to know which is the best way to take a complete backup of all my apps and restore it with the app data when i install a new app? as installing all apps is pretty cumbersome when u migrate to a new rom.
thanks for the suggestions
