You need flashtool, put the stock rom.ftf in flashtool/firmwares and just flash the official stock rom via flashtool mate.

Thank you so much. I had actually done the boot loader unlock, will I have to do something about it , I had changed kernel also I think during the procedure,
Where can I download stock kernel and Rom for xperia p

Search xperia p android developmemt section for stock rom and kernel. Also I dont think you will need to relock bootloader again for using sus or pcc.but I am not sure.just put the stock firmware and try.

It doesnt matter your bootloader is unlocked, just flash the original sony rom and thats it. The kernel is inside of it.
Search xperia p section and you will find the rom buddy.

Got it dudes, I got it, everything is fine now
Thousand thanks...

No you can't flash the kernel from the phone, you need a PC and flash it using fastboot
For all the kernels check development forums

U olny want root right..?
See if you want a custom kernel then flashtool is the only way.
But if you only want root use this tool.. I have the same phone and it worked like a charm for me..
