for now there is no way to Root Xperia U,P,Sola on Locked Bootloaders.

It takes 10 Minutes :
Unlock ur Bootloader and then Flash a Kernel...
or other methods (if u don't want to unlock ur Bootloader)

After unlock bootloader to my sony xperia mini prWo u20i the phone lost signal . After with sony companion reset factory but same problem ?.
