Hello everyone, i tried to restore the nandroid backup, when the recovery shows error in sd-ext tar file.i need the data. Exist a tool to try the fix for tar file?

installl titanium backup for apps backup and mybackup root for sms,call logs
then change the rom and restore all apps + sms,logs,etc...
Flash another root and CWM kernel .

hi, I want to restore a backup from data folder but before the first boot, I deleted by error data.tar from cwm backup but before I delete it, I extract to a folder. The left files (System.ext4.tar boot, cache, recovery) can be restore on cwm, so I just need to convert the folder to tar file or making it a flashable zip but before first boot. help what to do. :good:
hi guys, today I flashed the MIUI V5 for my L7 II P710,first I made a backup from ClockworkMod recovery, I wanted to restore my data only through advanced restore, but I saw in the backup and file is missing nandroid.md5.
how can I create the md5sum to restore my data?

When I was installed ZCX TWRP. That time i was Nandrodroid backuped my all system, data, efc all file.
After restored time my Nandrodroid backup file are come successfully but not flashed now.
Showed this error #unmount storage
Why showed this error? How to solve them? And what the TWRP are help to restored my Nandrodroid backup file.

Most of the times, Backup made from unofficial recovery isnt compatible with other recoveries. so u have to restore it using same recovery.
i personally dont like zcx as it has given me several times encryption decryption data corruption. might be it was my mistake but on the run i use alka recovery. its good its just u have to enter name of backup manually as it doesnt show correct time.

Can anyone help me restore a "data.crypt" file? I've re-flashed the firmware via Odin and backed up everything and forgot this important file which is the data file for my "Awallet" app.
Is there a file recovery app which I can use? Suggestions?
