I am on Xperia Arc S ICS official 4.1.B.0.587
I am completely new to the thing.
I havent unlocked my device yet.
I want to upgrade to Jelly Beans.
Can any 1 please guide me with the tutorial and list of downloads?
Do I need to root and unlock my device first to get this thing done?

I bought an Xperia ray for my Wife.. its Firmware is 4.0.A.2.368... Its giving me option via PC companion and OTA that an update 4.0.2.A.0.42...
I want to Root it... Should I first use DoomLord's method to root the Device and flash custom 4.0.2.A.0.42 Rom or I can root it even after updating to 4.0.2.A.0.42?
I dont want to unlock bootloader at the moment.. Just want to Root with latest 4.0.2.A.0.42..

Hi,
I've managed to Root my Tipo and unlock the bootloader aswell, so I'm thinking on installing a JB ROM, but I can't find one.
Does anybody know a good ROM for my Tipo? (I've checken in CM10, but there's no support)

well Tipo is new device....still there is no forums in xda also....have to wait for a while to get a support.
