Hi guys, I've recently loaded the Omega ROM for 4.1.2 JB and I realized that my power saving mode is not there anymore. I've tried searching the forums for answer but to no avail. Could anyone help me out on this?
I have v34, and it's in settings. right below Storage.

Is your ROM really Omega? Doesn't look like a samsung based rom. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

There are two OMEGA versions, AOKP and Sammy Based.
You flashed AOKP which removes everything sammy based including popup play, smartstay etc. (Including powersaving, a samsung addon)
You need to download and flash the sammy based OMEGA.
Then in that case, which is better?
personal preference. try it and see which one you prefer. there is no "better rom" out there.

Are you serious? Wow tablet mode sounds cool! What is it exactly?!?
That would be awesome if we had like 3 or 4 ROMs able to do this tablet mode thing!
Dang, looks cool...

I think the point is a simple search would have found that ROM...remember, search before asking.
Hello. I'm looking for ROMs that have the ability to use the software buttons. Like this

I use the AOKP Rom right now, but I would like to switch to a different one.
Sorry if this has been asked. Its 4am and I wanted to get this up so I can *hopefully* have an answer by morning.
I'm off to bed... thanks.

Any ROM with tablet mode will have them, it's part of tablet mode itself.

I hear this is semi-antiquated advice (I say semi because I'm not entirely sure that it doesn't help)
but have you tried to charge your battery all the way up and calibrate it?
Also...it seems that you have a voice mail. You should certainly check that, don't want to keep anyone hanging lol

No, so I will. BTW that voicemail is just a whole bunch of people talking in the background, must be an accident.

Here is a link to the app I use (although there are others ofc):
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...xLDEsImNvbS5uZW1hLmJhdHRlcnljYWxpYnJhdGlvbiJd
Charge to 100% and while still plugged, open the app grant root and calibrate. Then you want to use your phone until its at around 5% battery and charge it all the way back up to 100% before using it and then you should be good. If not, then we can look into other alternatives ^^

This may be the case until the official JB Release comes out. But I would proably try the suggestions in the thread that has been mentioned.

I have looked into it for you some more and in the actual Rom file for the Carrier Label there is no entry for EE so when an official release is released I guess they will patch it

I've done a factory reset, wiped the camera data and cache, but nothing works.
I've been on a Samsung site before where you could download older versions of Android but I can't find it now.
