Not sure how much they'll charge (Sprint or elsewhere) as I do my repairs myself. You can get the part on eBay for $18 and it looks like it's just a matter of prying off the rear cover and unscrewing the speaker.

Yea I looked into it but. I called HTC and it was still waiting under warranty so they are replacing it

Yes. I have tested mine about 2 months ago. I have 3 batteries. None passed 75% capacity.
