Has anyone else had issues booting into recovery mode? I have a 10.1 GT-p7510 running android 3.2 , and i'm trying to root the device. The problem i'm encountering is when i'm booting into recovery mode the screen does appear, however its constantly and quickly moving or flashing. (Like old television sets when the horizontal alignment was out and the picture flashed/scrolled up or down really fast) Does anyone have any ideas/tips?
@i just reflash the original firwmare to do again the root ecc but the problem persist..
Hi i had the same problem and posted a thread like yours a few days ago:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1572815
someone posted a fix in that thread. Hope this help.
Seems to be a common trend with the newer tabs.

Hi guys,
i wanted to put CM9 to my P7501. I tried several CWM´s but all were flickering horribly. Nevertheless i decided to install CM9 with flickering CWM. Because all CWM were flickering i did the install with this one: http://droidbasement.com/db-blog/?p=2625 (p4).
The ROM i took was cm-9-20120702-NIGHTLY-p4.zip.
It boots up, but the whole machine is still flickering. Of course i tried several wipes, before, after and between
see the video:
Can you please tell me how to get CM9 work.
Thanks a lot,
Harry
UPDATE:
Soft-Off fix this problem. Don´t know whi, but i can live with it
Questions go in the Q&A section
Step666: Thanks for pulling this in the right corner.
Is there anybody else with this problem? Which CWM does work correctly?
Hi,
i found a soloution for CWM. This CWM works for me without any flickering:
http://overcome.mimzo.com/p7500/downloads/ClockworkMod_Recovery_v5.5.0.4_P75xx.zip
I don´t know what´s the difference to the other 10 CWM´s i tried?
But Bootvideo and ROM still flickering. SoftOf is necessary to fix it.
i installed CWM on my phone and reboot in to the CWM recovery mode..After i restart the phone subkeys wasn't working.. i tried downgrading to GB and tried costom roms..but didn't work..can anyone give me a solution? is this a firmware or a hardware problem??
Hi,
I use cyanogem in my i9100 since the 9 version. Now I´m on 10.1 always with the latest nightly.
The problem I´m having is that after a reset factory default, the home button stopped work.
I know that the home button is OK because I have made an backup with CWM and if I restore this backup, it all works perfectly.
2 months ago, I have tried the same reset, but with the same results, and I think could be an version problem, but this persists 2 months later.
I have search the forums, but haven´t find a solution to my problem.
Any help wold appreciated.
Hi,
I have a Qware TB-9718D tablet (rebrand of ployer-momo11-speed) with RK3066 CPU and Android 4.04.
I've installed the CWM-ROM-Ployer_Momo11_3-0-8_M1_software_chinese-version_4-2-2_20130425-4-2& CWM ROM (Android 4.2.2) on the tablet and it boots just fine.
However, the touch screen does not seem to work anymore with this ROM.
I have tried two touch screen fixes (which were suggested on another site): one of which was the 907c_compatibility_1.2.0.zip
Both files did not solve the problem.
Does someone else have any suggestions on how to fix the touch screen with this ROM?
Could I for example extract the touch screen driver from the original ROM's lib folder and use it in this new ROM?
Thanks in advance.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
