My question is the following.
Currently have Korean Flyer P515E. hboot 1.14.0001, express_kt (GSM), stock GB. Unlocked at HTCDev and rooted. BUT cannot enter the installed recovery to install custom ROM. Please advice some way to flash the custom ROM.

There's a custom recovery for KT flyer and you can flash custom rom by using that recovery
If you already know that... sorry I don't know anymore.

Somehow I maneged to download recovery by Odelay from Naver and successfuly flashed them. And I found Cypher's ROMs Cypher ROM for kt and CypherBilos4g-1.0. also. Unfortunately there wasn't any info about the ROMs. I hope they based on GB. Will try to download and flash them.

I don't know well. Because I don't use KT flyer.(Though I'm Korean, I use wifi-only flyer from bestbuy.)

Downloaded Express kt Odex hw key.zip and flashed it. I suppose that first I MUST upgrade the whole system to HC 3.2 because of different hboot version.

So. Installed HC through FOTA update. Then htcdev.com unlocked and rooted the device, installed recovery you uploaded BUT cannot enter it to flash custom ROM. Any suggestions?
By the way, tried lots of recoveries none of them worked for me

I can't instal any GB roms, I try Stock rom , flyhigh rom 2.3.4 and WestfireROM_Flyer
Instaling perfectly but after reboot brick on first white screen with green sign HTC.
On custom roms I can go do recovery and install HC leedroid rom, but after instalation stock rom I can't go to recovery menu only install via flastboot.
Please give me any solution, I try to do this second day :/

Its becouse u have HC hboot wich is not compatibile with GB; u need to fully downgrade to GB hboot only then flash GB roms.
As mentioned, you need to downgrade to GB if you want to flash GB ROMs. Hboot for GB is different from HC.
Downgrade instructions can be found in the Development subforum.

Keep in mind, if you upgrade to the HC hboot, you will have to downgrade back to the GB hboot if you want to install GB based ROMs. You should be able to find the downgrade guide in Development if you search for "globatron".
Hello to everyone, i apoligize for my english and if the question was already asked but i have a little problem.
I had a lot of phones even an HTC ONE X that got stolen :crying: , on the HOX i could install Jelly Bean Rom's and all the other Rom's without any big problem if we haven't had S-OFF, the ROM was flashed with recovery then we would flash the Kernel and modules if there was any.
I know that the EVO 3D is not the HOX but the problem is i can't have S-OFF, i have no cid, tried all the solution's even with the HEX editor(xvi32) but the file is full with zero's.I don't know what to do, there are only some ROM's that work with S-ON, like NonSense,mwakious3Drom and CoolSense i find them very sluggish compared to a non bloatware android Rom, i love CyanogenMod 9 bootscreen in 3D but that is all i see because i have always bootloop.
I've tried Flash Gui with no success, tried S-off and destroyed a sd-card .
My little question is:there isn't an analog way like the HOX flashing to flash the most modded roms?
Like flash with recovery the ROM then flash the kernel with [fastboot flash boot boot.img] and if there is modules then flash those throughthe recovery.
Please someone could tell me so i know that i can't put an CyanogenMod Rom without S-OFF and stop trying.
So right off the bat I have very little knowledge of rooting and flashing roms. I did however successfully unlock, root and flash CM10 onto my AT&T HOX a few months ago. I want to try out the ViperX rom but after reading the install instructions I noticed that I needed to have HBOOT 1.31 or higher and I have 1.14. The only way to get the higher HBOOT is to have a compatible CID # from what I can tell mine isnt on the list included in the link that they posted. Is it really required? What would be my options if I wanted to change to the ViperX Rom?

first off you are posting to the HTC One forum not the HTC One X. You are aware that flashing roms not made for your device will brick your device, right? If you have a HTC One X find out if it is the AT&T version and make your way over the the right forum. If it is the HTC One Turge confirmed on facebook that he will be making a viper rom for the HTC One. Just wait

3. Stock RUU is the one that came from the factory. If you are running Bulletproof ROM then you are NOT stock. There is a repository of stock RUU's, it is here:

However if your phone is Asian/Unbranded as you say, the stock RUU is in the link I provided you in the other thread--the link I keep referring you that has the answers to your questions.
If you are asking academically, the way to tell if you have stock now or not (but remember, we already answered this--you do NOT) is to look in your System Settings->About Phone->Software or somesuch, and you can then find the software number or build number or kernel version and google these to see if they are stock or not.
4. Use the Search tool to learn that you CANNOT S-Off via Windows, and you MUST S-Off via Ubuntu 12.04 (and newer). You can visit the http://unlimited.io/ website here to learn exactly how to S-Off and that you CANNOT do it with Windows.
