your phone is up to date. you are using the latest GB. were you hoping an update from GB to ICS?
if you want to update to ICS, you can flash stock ICS using flashtool. custom rom are nice too.
Try to update using SEUS..
Consider to hit THANKS button

I used your tutorial to create one successfuly. It is great.
But I doubt that its not Indian version. Cause my phone may be running on some other version. Is there any way to find what region firmware I m using ?

Flash stock GB ftf using Flashtool.
Why does it misleading? Hard reset often helps to fix lagging.
ICS is very laggy if you do upgrade without hard reset.

I I am guessing you haven't rooted your phone... Or unlocked your bootloader
And you are running official GB...
Then download "Sony Update Service(SUS) " software and install on your PC
Connect your phone to PC and then check for updates...
You will find one... Click on it and then SUS will download the update and will install it on your phone...
Your phone will be on ICS...
Press thanks button if I helped you
And next time before posting a new thread search properly... The update guide is mentioned on official sony website...
Is there no need to rood my phone..

Most ray users reported lagging after updating to ics via pcc. Some apps are not compatible with ics. If you see lagging, then try repair with pcc, but the repair will erase all your settings and data.
