im not sure if it will...
i used the haida defconfig... also FXP releases CM for hallon and haida! so im guessing there is a difference.....

True but not entirely correct, depends on which source are they built. For example ICS .562 kernel was different, not sure about versions after that.
In general they are most of the time same, but not always.

Rom doesn't matter at first booting stage. It should at least show kernel logo. There something messed with either config or compilation.

Coconut = name by cyanogen for our device SE with walkman.
Their CM7 build here http://get.cm/?device=coconut are currently on 'nightly' builds, which means many bugs are still present and it's not stable. It's like a beta version
But does it support the 2nd speaker? Anyone tried it?

when download finish,open the zip...
in the zip folder,u will see boot.img right?

juz add or remove app in system/app/ in zip folder...

without a kernel it is possible too... Iridaki has a tut for the ARC, process would be much the muchness. just ignore the arc links.

I think this is not a big deal bro. Sometime if i see any news that is good and surprise me, i might write thank instead of use thank button. Of course we do encourage to hit "Thank" button. But if someone missed to do it, we just ignore it. Krabappel is a very good person in this forum. He is rom and kernel developer for a lot of devices. Respect him.

Custom kernels will be there soon, the state of AOSP depends on how much we can do with prebuilt Sony libraries.
In the FreeXperia Wiki it says now:

This locked bootloader killing me literally and my phone does not allowed me to unlock it Hope that someone will find a way around it..
Finnally I've been completed miui for xperia U.
i make it with FXP 144b Base, so the bug or something else are same.
but i've problem with usb connection, when i plug the usb cable, no notification on my XU like CM 9. anyone can help me?
or am i wrong when porting it?
