Well, what build are you using? Nightly or the IRC builds by Deck?
Were these restored from titanium backup? Sometimes apps might be less stable after restoring...if so uninstall and try a fresh install from the play store

Thanks man! Everything now works except gallery FCs which really sucks because I love the JB camera. Let me know if you have any ideas there as well. Thanks again !

Are you using the 4.2 gapps? I switched to the JellyBam rom, but when I was on CM10 I was using the 4.2 gapps and the camera/gallery worked flawlessly. photosphere ftw!!
in the meantime, you can always use quickpic or something instead of the stock gallery..

Well so I finally root my thunderbolt , today I had enough time after work, anyways , I have the original Rom the I have to download to root and it has all those Verizon apps and other crappy like rock band and what not, in Sprint you could practically take everything out, is it the same for Verizon ? Or are there any apps that I can't uninstall everything form Sprint or are there any apps like backup assistant that I can't ? Thanks for the help , and what roms you guys recommend ? I was using synergy Rom rc1 on EVO but it looks like the only got nightlies on thunderbolt , anything else that includes HTC hub and such ? Thanks for the help again

You can remove most of what you want, just make a back up and use common sense. As far as ROMs there're plenty of good ones, I personally like team BAMF's work.

Here is a list of the roms. I am running Das-Bamf's Gingrebread de-sensed, stripped down version. I like it, but if you go Gingerbread, you will have to download and flash the new radio. I would suggest trying a few of the fryo Roms first, and go form there. here is a link to a thread with a list of roms.

You're pretty safe removing apps unless they have "HTC" or "Google" in the name.

Renaming them should remove them from your app drawer. Root Explorer or another app like it should make this very easy.

Most of the hardware problems from CM7 still exist in this CM9 alpha build.

flashed fixer now calendar syncs too. gmail and calendar look so freaking awesome in ICS totally loving it.
It is very nice for alpha. Smooth and I haven't tweaked it in the slightest yet.

Did you forget to include ClockWorkMod Recovery in the update folder on SDCard /root?
if you don't care about losing your data you can just flash the zip as you normally would from CWM.
Working pretty good so far. Just had a reboot with root file explorer but otherwise very smooth and usable.
edit: maybe i downloaded the wrong file, but is there a gapps with the new google music? the 7.1 that i downloaded that was linked on page 1 has the old music apk.
Smooth as butter.
Works great, didnt have any issues updating using ACME installer 2.
I flashed through cmw, I rebooted and all is well

I tried a bunch of Titanium Backups and I got 4.0.2 to work.
4.7.x, 4.6.x, 4.5.x don't seem to work. 4.0.2 works perfectly.
Anyone have any luck with it yet? Downloaded the WiFi files loaded to "welcome to fairhaven" and back to home. Then, tried again. Same thing but without textures.
Maybe chainfire3d. Will have to try.

Works for me using the latest AOKP by SGA, the performance is far from ideal though, running @1.6ghz the fps are barely good enough to play it, too bad we can't OC the GPU.

People have been saying it lags on some devices it shouldn't. It lags on my gf gs2. Definatly shouldn't.
No dice on cm9 preview 7. Haven't had time to tweak it.

I have played the game on latest cm9 nightly (overclocked 1.5GHZ) and the game runs just fine .......

This is odd. I will have to try the new preview 8. See if it fixes it. If not, ill try the official nightly and see if it works. Hope its doesn't have to do with camera work.

i tried it on the cm9 with camera fix preview 5 but it didn't work for me. then i tried with latest nightly and it worked (surely it lags a bit)......
tried it on cm9 20121028 nightly, no chainfire, no OC. Works pretty fine for me.
Freezes on Welcome to Fairhaven and I have to force reboot the device.

I had it working a few days ago, i tried changing the DPI and it seems to have screwed it up completely, reinstall/ change the dpi reinstall uninstall etc etc nothing worked, ill try chainfire

An updated version of this is already included in the AOKPCM9Remix_1102 ROM which I am uploading now!
Has anyone got the 4.2 gallery to work, I want to be able to view my photosphere pics from my gnex, I flashed it but when I press the photosphere view on a picture moved from my gnex it closes with "Google play services stopped"

People were reporting this problem on evo 3d too, the fix shown there was to change system language to English United states. Seems to fix that fc on my evo.

The gallery force closes when editing a photo.
For Speed Rom 9 beta1:
First boot: Play Music force close error, Apex launcher wallpaper glitches and I can't enter my password to connect to my router.
