You mean like having direct access to things like wifi,bluetooth and such... well i envyed my sister's samsung phone that had a drawer like that and decided to get rid of the stock rom and install xperia pureness rom by ThilinaC. instructions i found here in xda and now my drawer is like this

if you a 2011 XPERIA HDPI DEVICE like xperi neo/neo v/pro/arc/arc s/ray ,,,and after installations go to its status bar settings , look for opicity in four tags , set them at 50 %..

Come again with new mod for JellyVanilla EX 4.1 running on CM10.1 by @iiandskater, now with Hidden Status Bar and still be able to swipe it dow. Tested only on JellyVanilla EX 4.1, maybe work for all CM10.1 ROM

there is no more colorful icons in kit kat, everything is black and white.
(PS I'll bring original icons soon)

New Xperia Z2 Lockscreen for CM11
At the first glance i would like to thanks gamzekal for the guidance of porting Xperia z2 lockscreen for cm11 devices and for that i able to port z2 lockscreen for our devices.
Insruction :
This port is only for CM11 and specially for LegacyXperia's latest build LX20141224. It should not work on another build.
Keep it mind I am not responsible for any kind of damage of your phone. It is tested in my Mini Pro and its working fine.
Steps :
- make full backup of your current ROM
- download Z2 lock screen below attachment and put in your sdcard
- wipe cache and dalvik cache
- flash the zip
- reboot & enjoy
