I hesitate to ask since other topics have adressed what seem to be related issues, so I anticipate being told to Google it, but none of the threads I've found have given solutions so I'm posting ...
I've used directory bind to relocate files to my ext sd 64 gb. I don't want to just swap my ext and int. It seems that some files, including those from Google Music cache and camscanner are still being counted against me in the system.
It's to the point that the total amount of space supposedly used exceeds the capacity of the drive. I'm attaching photos of what I'm directory binding and the storage report.
Can anyone please clue me in?

I noticed that my TP has less total size than it used to be (it might be due to making 2 chroot partitions) (for the record i have the 16GB version).
So i opened lvm and typed the pvs command and saw that my current PSize is at 14.19GB and PFree is at 3.95GB. Im not really familiar with lvm i just saw there were some similar commands for physical (like the virtuals ones which people use to resize their logical partitions to reallocate the missing space after a cm-uninstall).
Anyway, what im asking is how to reallocate those 4 missing GBs, should i run "pvresize +90000 store"? will it affect my currently logical partitions?
This is how the lvscan looks like:

This has been bugging me since my d3 days. Why do my file explorers list USBDRIVES?
I've had this microSD card since myTF101 days.
Anyone know how to get rid of it?

These are the system mountpoints for USB drives. If you connect a flashdrive to the USB connector, it will appear at /storage/UsbDriveA. I use FX File Explorer, it doesn't list them on the main screen unless something is mounted ( of course they still appear if you look under the /storeage directory ).
Good to know. I thought they were physical locations on my external sdcard or something.
Thanks.
OK I've tried several different things to try and make my external SD card be seen as my internal. I have tried different methods from you tube to forums. Link2Sd was my latest. I had no success with the main app i want to be used on my SD card. The app I'm trying to move is RDIO. This app lets me download music to my phone and use it only through the app when i have no internet. My regular storage capacity is so small it takes all i have for a little bit of music. My phone is rooted. Any help would be appreciated. My phone is a LG G3 Vigor.

Xposed is your friend
You may have to edit build.prop
Code:
#Simulate sdcard on /data/media
#
persist.fuse_sdcard=true
Change to false, maybe I wont test, because I don't have internal sd backed up

What device are you using?
Some devices use sdcard1 as the mount point for the extsd.
Check for a mount called sdcard or internal.
If that is your external, then it's gonna be empty until you move app data to SD
Do some research. The directory where most apps are installed is not available to the user without root access.
