Hi all, just wondering. The FastCapture picture from the NXT Series, does it depends on the hardware or software? If it's software, is it possible to port it to our devices?

Few apps like Android Sensor Box and all can't detect a light sensor in my Xperia Sola..
I know its present and it works well too.. But why isn't it being detected..

Same for Xperia U
well.. i had the xperia arc and the light sesor didnt work (no matter which rom or kernel)
and now i have the xperia s with the same issue.
The light sensor is not exposed to the user space on Sony devices.
Guys I recently bought a xperia ray and a xperia u
The camera and display of xperia u rocks while xperia ray's display seems to be a bit down on colors
(I.e) less vivid than xperia u and camera of ray sucks !!
Is my phone faulty r every other piece out there is the same???

I dont think it's possible...u has 279 ppi while ray has 295 ppi...so obv ray is sharper and u has camera 5 mp while ray has 8mp so on camera also i don't think it's possible...maybe it's in the piece u bought...
Some problem with the Rom I guess I changed it and everything settled out quiete good

Actually it was the dumbass Rom I was on I changed to stock .... Viola !!! It was awesome again !!!!

I just noticed that the themes other than default one(blue) have very dull colour display for quick settings in navigation bar. Is this some battery saving strategy?? or something else??

Do one thing check the screen shots on computer if they are looking good then your mobile display might be bad and if they are looking bad on computer display then it might be problem with firmware bug.
Just check and let us know.

screenshots of all themes as per their order located inside phone
1) xperia light (dull and very dim in colour)
2) xperia (ok)
3) air (ok)
4) earth (dull and very dim)
5) sunny (ok)
6) heat (ok)
7) silk (dull and very dim)
8) vintage (dull and very dim)
can anyone please check and let us know that this is by default or this can be a bug

thanks.. it means its by default and every z ultra user has the same theme contrast and colour??( somewhere dark and dull)

Its default in 510. Previous firmware has more saturated colors in their quick setting buttons. But the "softer" look in the 510 is better, in my opinion.
Yeah, it looks like Sony dimmed the colors a fair bit. Looks better now IMO since i'm not a fan of "neon" like colors (ala Samsung).
Really don't like new colors. Washed 10 times not just dimmed.
