I'm on the latest wanam lite version with Jkay deluxe framework and stock kernel but all my music players stop playing music while screen is off (about 14 minutes) it's just stop and the widget does not detect that music has stopped...also my phone is really laggy when I switch the screen on.

Looks like a MIUI notification bar with an ICS Theme. I'd expect that the Cyanogen team would have to implement it, but to be honest im happy with the option of 5 toggles on CM9.
