Would u plz make a cwm flashable aosp 4.1/4.2 icon pack??? or a theme zip that would change the looks to aosp ( icons + plus status bar wid blue colored toggles + trebuchet launcher )

On the stock launcher you can't do that, but you can on trebuchet or apex or nova

You do not have downloadable contenents like maps,talk,yt... Removed lib from the above service..backup,try and report
