Attention all rom authors:
Dell Streak Custom Rom List - XDA Wiki
I attempt to keep it as up to date as possible, but as I dont download every single rom I can only work off of what's written in the postings.
Please try and keep your own personal roms up to date,
Correct method of doing so:
Make a new entry to place your rom in, use any of the other ones as a template
Do not delete/overwrite old entries, always make a new one
Date format is always in Month-Day-Year since that's how I had originally organized them (and for no other reason)
If you're really unsure how, you can reply to this thread and i'll add it in if i havnt already
Base rom is exactly that, if it's based on SD, list that it is, and which one.
If there's an error or omission feel free to fix it, but preferably only for your own roms unless you're 100% sure that there's a mistake in someone else's rom
If there are multiple versions, only list the primary one, minor varients should remain on the forum post
If a link is broken and not expected to be fixed, go ahead and remove the link
Do not add guides or other links to it, it should only contain info on the rom itself and download links

It's a wiki, anyone with a forum account can use it (they use the same login info)
I'll be keeping an eye on it regardless of who adds to it (for accuracy and formatting),
But it helps everyone if the rom authors add it themselves first, I dont add things immediately, it could be up to a day or 3 late

Hi all! I am very interested in such theme, as making rom for my device. I'm sure there are people who can give me link or advices where I can get info about it, download different sources of different android versions, articles about someone's practice of rom making and so on. Thank you for help.
I use dsixda kitchen (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=633246) to make my own custom roms. I also managed to port a rom from Nexus One to HTC HD2 with it (all was working except WIFI).
You can also look at freeyourandroid.com, there are very good tutorials to learn how to make a custom rom.
if your making themed rom and your rom based on cm7 then yo can use this
persist.sys.themeId=
persist.sys.themePackageName=
build.prop tweak if you just copy and paste this line on end of build.prop and add name of your theme that for your rom example
persist.sys.themeId=Cyanbread
persist.sys.themePackageName=com.tmobile.theme.Cyanbread
but make sure this theme on system/app folder if not then it will not work

Then this is right guide for you which will help you make a good, clean, nice looking rom thread
ROM TITLE:
-- your rom should have simple name
-- in rom title only use [ROM][BASE][SUPPORTED DEVICES]--TITLE[LOCKED/UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER][LATESTUPDATE]
-- in base i mean ICS, GB, JB, AOKP, PA, AOSP, CM7, CM9, CM10
-- dont add any other words in title for example: extreme battery durance, smooth as hell and such
ROM THREAD:
-- mention rom base, and for what you have made this rom (xperia looks, speed, battery, stability and such)
-- make sure that you list every change that is made in rom. It doesnt matter if you had made it or the original developer from who you took base rom. But make sure to give credits
-- dont forget changelog once you update rom
-- screenshots are important.
-- if you want you can mention which apps you deleted and upload them for others so they can install them
-- if there are any bug fixes you posted later dont forget to post it in #1,2,3 post
-- use different size (and color if you want) for title of section (changelog, features , download) and other size for text of it

There are so many ROM's & so many MOD's. When we choose a ROm & a mod we face that the theme or that MOD is not compatible to each other or may be the ROm is so good but the dev can't make or provide a Good SystemUI or a Theme because no one can't have all the knowledge at all himself. Here Themers can post their Themes or MOD's Which can be used in any ROM & can be used by anyone. also Themers can posted theirs works form any other forums which can be compatible with Xperia Ray Each ROM's developers can attach a Link of this Thread for Themes or MOD's for their users so people can have different flavors without searching a lot or without having Problems or BOOT LOOP or lags!!! Please all Themers Post their Themes & MOD's Here & try to make them compatible with all ROM's & each & every ROM developers attach a Link of this Thread as a place of themes & MOD's for hos ROM & for his ROM's Users.

Honestly who would want THAT on their phone ?? If you want a bad rom supercharged with crap and bloatware, you can stick to TouchWiz... and for everyone else, you can pretty easliy tweak it to look like you want.
Not worth the work and time at all IMHO. xD

The reason no one is replying you is because this is NOT the right place to post for requests
Only the following topics are allowed in DEVELOPMENT area:
[DEV] - Development for any special projects or Apps
[ROM] - Custom ROMs
[KERNEL] - Custom Kernels (usually found in Original Development)
[MOD] - Hack & Modifications for the phone with code only, zips go in themes and apps
[FIX] - Fixes for known issues & bugs
[R&D] - Research & Development for Devs only, when gathering data for a new projects
[HOWTO] / [GUIDE] - How to instructions and Guides (Most of the time should be in General)

no need to raplay this is the topic..... where all the rom developers are to gather.....i hope they make taht...the rom has a meny good nice ability like is oreng and black and good for battry and hase good music player and perfomanc profile....and it has a best music and watther software....very very cool rom
