I am proud to present to you UNOFFICIAL JB MiUi V4 as promised Sorry that it has taken so long, I’ve been busy with lots of stuff and trying to get this working properly. MiUi in general is horrible to port :/ (Getting the radio working was a very difficult)

i think the SD card is unable to mount thats why we get FC in file exp and Gallery and anything related to opening/ accessing the SD card. Confirmed no data...
i'll try to get a logcat of the fc

I suggest just adding in the play market yourself if you want to continue using this.

No, the normal scritch kernel doesn't work, it will freeze up the rom.
The kernel I included is svritch kernel with slight modifications to make it work. Or you can use amin kernel.

i installed it over aminkernel p7002...
was great till i tried to flash gapps out of miui bootmanager.... now try all again from p7005.
smooth and awsome. tomorrow extended report sir
After many trys I got it instaled. Miui home force closed, couldnt start anything. flashed gapps, and just because one app needed an update i could get into market and dowload anotherlauncher. so far ok. performance is quite ok, project butter is beautiful.
Bugs
-Miui Home Fc (didnt had this on my first install)
-statusbar often white in applications, so one cant see white symbols
-cant login to miuiaccount :/
-too heavy rom, about 150 mb would be cool and moreseravailable ram
-tab thing in settings/apps is blue
lockscreen is laggy, but because of bug 3 cant download another one
-3g doesnt seem to work, i dont need but normally i have to hurry to shut it down, miui says it doesnt detect my sim but call works.
thats all for now, very promising project, will completely restart (from stock) tonight.

Did u try flashing miui with gapps included in the ROM,
Just include Google sync apps not all gapps and try to flash, I think it may fix problem.
I had same problem with meizu MX cm9.
I tried to put gapps in the default ROM and it has worked so may be it is worth trying if u didn't try it...

What works?? almost everything.. Themes works partially.
To fix error code when downloading large apps from play store: go into downloads - settings - file size limit and remove the tick next to Data Download Prompt or set the file size as large as will go if you still want the prompts.

Found a nice little bug in 2.3.30 on this ROM where if you try to download from the market and it prompts you that the file size is to big the app will then fail the download with market download error 196.
To fix this either use a wifi connection or go into downloads - settings - file size limit and remove the tick next to Data Download Prompt or set the file size as large as will go if you still want the prompts.

guys working perfectly, had problems with wifi direct, tethering .. and later wifi stopped to respond (first time used aire's kernel and there worked just wifi, nothing like tethering and etc, then used beta sirkay's kernel and wifi not worked, but then reinstalled aire's kernel again and lol, everything working nice).
Awesome Rom, but i think we should w8 better kernels, coz lil bit laggy, not smooth enough, but for now deleting sevices what i nn and looks like working better. Some problems with english words, for example at lock screen, when u are charging ... small things, but looks like everything is work there, even radio.

No sir, I'm just a noob here who tried to port LT18i MIUI Rom. Still waiting for iriijo's works too.
okay looks like i found something ^^ Guys please check, if someone will try to use 2g/3g button in notification widgets, for me its crashed systemUI.
Another one problem what i got. In any GB rom, when u are trying to watch any flash video from website(if u haven't adobe player), it will be open in stock media player. Here if iam going to watch anything, yes its opened, but in website, thats mean i can seek, rewind, nothing at all and can't make it at full screen. After iam downloaded adobe flash player ... and when tried to make it with full screen, had browser crash and no matter which one browser iam used. Here is my question, how can i change default web browser for any other, for example mx player? Since at webpages we can't have any question which one player can be used by default, well please don't say, what i need to clean data in applications for this app.

Instillation
1. Flash ics kernel if you odnt have it already!
2. boot into CWM and flash the rom
3. after instillation is finished wipe cache and dalvik cache reboot!
If that doesnt work for you... Try my freind cpumaster's guide
1. You must be on a working ICS rom. If not flash latest FXP CM9.1 rom first.
2. Format System, Mount System, Wipe Dalvik cache
3. Install latest Rom (Hypersensation update 1)
4. Wipe cache partition and Dalvik cache
5. Reboot phone and let it settle for some minutes. (DON'T CHOSE APEX!)
6. Install ICS Gapps if they don't work properly.
For working WIFI in aokpcb R2 please flash ferakernel 1.8!

while that being said, It is very smooth and i hardly felt any lag
i can't say i really like the PCB but i'm not the one to judge changed to stock/jb theme.
It does have a very very nice set of AOKP settings just wondering if you'd might consider porting paranoid that'd be great.
STILL this rom IS ROCK SOLID so far
reverted to fxp136 due to lack of ram [i play heavy games]

weird? are you on unlocked bootloader? wipe cache and dalvik cache after installing it boots for me?? expaling a bit more please:laugh:

What works and what doesn't?
All the features present in FXP, KXP roms work fine. Only HDMI and panorama isn't working.
Features:
Most current clean AOSP code(JZ054K).
Odexed.
Comes with Google Apps installed.
Has a CM Filemanager and DSP.
Comes with Sony's Xperia T keyboard.
Notice:
This is meant to be as stock as possible, that is why it has no extra framework extensions and it's odexed. As a result I got the best Jellybean build and my rom is marked as a stable build. Don't even ask me for some CM features to be included, I won't add them.
Support:
You get none. Zero. Zip. You are on your own and will have to help each other via this thread. This is provided “as-is”, and if you don’t like it, use other roms. You can report issues there, thay could be fixed in case of rebuild:

How to install:
Fastboot any of JB kernels to device(I use PAC-Kernel without any issues).
Wipe.
Install rom zip.
Install kernel wifi modules.

Nice to have gapps pre installed with XT keyboard
Still the ram isn't affected!

That is why I made it. ICS was not good enough for me so I wanted a perfect jellybean. now for 4.2 I need a newer kernel. working on it

by the way the SU binary is broken, I have attached latest SU binary with this post.. just flash it with CWM & it will start working
i'm try flash rom on Neo but when rom flashing show me error status 7 .. then i'm flash stock rom by Flashtool but still same error .. i'm edit build.prop file can be this thing causing a problem ??

The script and some libs need to be replaced for Neo.
Which one is faster/more stable/better in terms of performance, this one or official CM10 or CM10 based ROMs like Super Jelly Bean?

Nice release. But I had to install supersu zip manually from recovery (the built in stated that su binary is missing).
BTW. Free ram amount is impressive comparing to CM for example.

How did you make it boot?mate
I tried about 2-3 times
Just stuck on Aokp logo
What am I missing?
I followed a clean wipe including format system,data too before flashing Rom!
I get no error I'm flashing!
But Rom doesn't boot up even after 5- 10 min

Try PAC Kernel, I use it with no issues and I flashed this rom like 30 times in development process

I'd tried with kernel inside the Rom zip!
I'll try with Pac kernel and let you know!
Considering your screenshot shows Pac kernel,I think it shouldn't have any issues

With fusion...I got supersu problem so flashed supersu zip from vengeance thread...and nowmy device is all messed up...will have to flash the ftf again...grrr...but now will try pac kernel.

Q. Why the ROM is too big?
A. Beacuse is included multilanguage, i tried to include all MIUI apps
Q. What kernel i do install?
A. Use any kernel compatible with CM 10 extended, i recommend nAa kernel
Q. Theme fix and theme unfix :S??
A. Now MIUI not use shelld or invoke-as, changed to a moded installd, when you flash theme fix you replace installd, and all apps on /system/app/ cant modify dalvik-cache or be updated, you cant install any app directly to /system/app/. If you want to modify any app or jar on /system/ you must use ThemeUnfix. Really unnecessary if you only are a user and want enjoy MIUI .
Q. Swap script
A. I recommend and i think is very neccesary use a SWAP partition min 512 mb. MIUI is a big RAM eater.
Q. The ROM is fast, smooth what about perfomance?
A. i feel the ROM fast (using SWAP), i use facebook, twitter, and skype.
Q. Why need reboot?
A. Is part of the Install process, all caused by the new installd t.t

Hello Rempty, I am in order to test your rom, this will be my first experience with MIUI roms. I have serious problems with hotfile unintentionally abusing much you could level up another server and in parts?
zorry but my internet connection is slow and for upload again the ROM are like 3 or 4 hours.
If you dont have a static IP, reset your router and get other IP and download from hotfile.

well that the a prob...bcz miui v5 lockscreen hangs like hell...lot of things to resized it ...so atm its from miui v4

Thanks for this rom. Can you tell me if symbutton works like stock? I really love miui but the only rom with fully working keyboard was from expeacer and is old and discontinued...whitout a fully working keyword imho is useless on xmp (I bought it instead of mini or lww because of keyboard like many other users I think...)

it has some bugs in bluetooth and nfc and fm radio . but i dont want thats ...

ok tried this earlier this morning but I had to drop it.
I have mtz themes locally but it didn't install and deepsleep doesn't work for me. By default the dial pad on phone has russian text. 90+ RAM at first install.
I have to leave it there I haven't test much. Thanks btw for the rom.

As simple as all roms but I would recommend clean install bro ..
1)Install latest stock let it boot
2)Fast boot latest CM10 kernel
3)Wipe factory reset
4)Wipe cache & delvick cache
5)Wipe system
6)Install latest CM10 ROM
7)Repeat 3,4
8) Enjoi

A nice, really good rom. Smooth as a rom really should be, not like all stock crappy based rom out there. Well done, that's a good work.
Only a couple of fix that makes this rom really perfect.
- Multilanguage: Yeah, it could be the gratest feature out of there, cause atm there's no eu language exept for english. If you want to, you can take this translations: http://en.miui.com/download.html
- RAM: Optionally add a zRam or Ramdisk support on the go, like CyanogenMod "Performance" menu, is a really freaking awesome feature.
- Fix deepsleep for other themes: It's important to have a good battery even with other themes than the stock one.
- DSP Manager: you can make an aroma script with this little addition, cause DSP manager is the best equalizer out here.
- Dialer: Partial russian, even you select english.
These are not easy fix, i now, but I hope to see this rom updated with this things.

How do i restore my data in this CM based rom? I normally backup restore my data using stock backuprestore.apk but in cm based rom the app fc.

Hello, you could try titanium backup and do it that way i think. I did it and it worked. Its very quick as well.
