Generally any case made for Sprint won't fit AT&T's unless it's silicon/jelly.
We're wider and shorter and square, so it makes for a really awkward fit.
Nice find. I'd definitely be interested in an E970 variant if they make one. I especially like how the notification light is unobstructed (I'm holding onto hope that newer ROMs will actually make that light usable).
That this is nice. Sprint gets the best cases. Why did ATT have to mess with the phone's dimensions?

Just a quick look I can tell you that isn't for our phone. It's modeled with the LS970, not E970.

I did email seller and they confirmed this case fits the E970 but do not fit the LS970,just hope they know what they r talking about,have my fingers crossed.

how in any way could you infer that they were pushing the sale of the item, they quoted that the case sales page said it was for sprint variant and that they contacted the seller, and to my understanding, the seller dosnt really know what the hell is going on because he said that it was for the at&t version. so not only are they getting misinformation from multiple sources, they are willing to spend their money on a product that most likely wont fit on the device for our benefit, especially since flip cases are pretty awesome. so show some respect for someone willing to take the fall when you wont.

ok so i've had the case for a couple weeks and have had time to thoroughly examine it...
IMO it is a beautiful case, it does make the phone larger much like every other case. at first it does feel larger because it has a wider girth than most other cases. you will get people to comment saying "thats a big phone" it happens alot lol
the edges near the screen are actually a little sharp, the company didn't smooth the edges very well. its not gonna cut you or anything like that but it is noticible for the first few days, much like its size. another con is that many 3.5mm headphone cable don't fit well if they are very wide cables...the headphones i use and the aux cord in my car fit without a problem but the one in my mom's car (tape to 3.5mm adapter) does not fit, nor does the one i use to play music on my home theatre system.
it is a beautiful case and adds a good amount of weight, both giving it a more premium feel...overall i'm happy and will suggest it to anyone. with the only con being that some headphones may not fit, all other you can easily get over. i bought the silver one and mixed it with a blue brushed aluminum textured skin from skinit.com, and it looks sexy haha
i like it, but if you want a small case that you'll barely notice, i'd choose a different case

I ordered a silicone gel rubber case from eBay seller case_ology yesterday, & awoke this morning to find a message from them. The message explained that the case I'd bought had been a part of a shipment that had been mislabeled by the manufacturer, & were in fact cases for the Sprint version. Sounds familiar, right? Well, the seller, instead of just sending me a Sprint case, offered an immediate refund, or that I could wait until the correct cases arrived early next week.
I was just impressed with the professionalism & thought I'd pass on the info.
Any chance there's any in white? Kinda tired of having a dark phone when my jackets and purses are dark toned and I can't find it.

..what? They're the same damn phone. The only difference is the size of the camera lens assembly, apparently the 13mp camera isn't flush with the body. Or does the LS970 case not have a cutout for the SD/SIM sockets on the left side? .. and why would you WANT one?
I've had the E970 and E971 in my hands side-by-side, that's the only external difference between those two.
No, they are not the same phone. The Sprint version is longer and rounded corners while the AT&T version is wider and has squared corners. And Sprint does not have a SIM/SD card slot. Calm your rampage and do research lol.

Yeah - The AT&T version must be an AT&T exclusive. The Sprint version is the same as the international one externally from what I see. So I guess we're very much a niche market unless LG releases the E970 version internationally also. Or, to put it another way, we're probably going to be waiting a bit for some more case love.

Its a good thing as you get MicroSD card or you would of had none.
SD card actually isn't important to me considering 16gb internal.
I'm not even using the SD card yet and I've only used 2 of the internal.

That will only work with Korea version of phone. If you look at back contacts, the gold contacts are too close together. The G3 in UK and States contacts are spread more apart.

Well you have the F400K so the pin configuration is different from the US/ rest of the world models. The case review would be nice but ad far as functionality goes it's limited to the Korean one.

They are selling the phone for around $300 but I got mine when they had a special on them and got a reverse charging cable, a sim card and $50 net 10 card all for free. They don't have that now but it still might be worth checking them out.
I bought mine from Consumer Cellular. If I had to do it again, I would pay the extra $50 and get one via gethuawei.com. Not that CC is bad mind you, but it was a bit of extra effort to get it both boot loader and carrier unlocked.

Yea I saw that but don't feel it is trust worthy. Biggest concern is making sure it's not one of those Mate 2 devices that is different from the original. Would request a refund immediately if it were lol.

if your looking for a case to go with your new phone you may want to check this one out.

you can probably find it cheaper on amazon but its very good at keeping your phone safe. I have one and their very good, the only thing is if you need to take the phone out you just about need a chisel to get the case open again. All the ports like the charging port and headphone jack is covered the only thing that not really covered by the case a little bit at the top where the speaker is.

I do not recommend the white one. It has a glossy back that is highly slippery. I tried all the rubberised cases then just ended up buying the black OEM back for it.

The White one was what I had initially (sample device). Wife loves that one for some reason. I'm definitely aiming for the black though. That is for sure. Would be pretty slick if I could get the Black model with a dark red back cover.... Oh how sweet would that be lol.
