App for long exposure? - Nokia Lumia 920

Hello i realy love my 920 but i miss an app for long exposure pictures like the Magic shutter on the iphone
Is there any apps where i can change the shutterspeed/exposure on the camera, or is it a restriction in the software/hardware on the phone?
I know it's not real long exposure, but it was fun to play with.
PS. is there any good time lapse apps? Magic lapse was awesome on the iphone

Thanks for the reply but it looks like the shutter timer app is just a selftimer? i cant get the long exposure look.
And i can't fint any app named Timelapse from Tsaysoft, maybe it's because i live in norway

God damn microsoft with different apps all over the world, thats just a retarded thing to do, when android/iOS does not have it.
That show that microsoft is a little bit dinosaur in the market. but love their products anyway

I remember reading about somebody in the SGSII forums having to use a VPN into the U.S. to get a certain app that wasn't available in their country. Not sure if that would work for you, but it's certainly worth a look.

The QR code work. I'm from Malaysia but I changed my language/region to English (United States) and most of the apps I can download including Nokia Music. Hope it help.
