Hello All,
Rather than ask for ETA I've decided to take stab at porting MIUI over to the Note 2 just need a push in the right direction. I already install the latest version of ubuntu and will be using international version as base. Just need the newest guide , thanks
Your best bet would to port the AT&T version http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2039606 or the Sprint version http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2063126 which is based off the international version

Hi, noob here...
Looking to install Paranoid Android 4.1.2 on my htc one v. In the tutorial I was reading, it stated that the instructions would only work for one v international Tegra 3 version...
Not sure what this means, I just learned that there are 2 types, the Tegra3 and S4?
Does that mean if I have Qualcomm S4 I cannot use pa Rom?
Or do I need to find the pa Rom S4 version.
Further more, how can I determine wich version I have?
Thanks!
hi there
i wonder who can help me here - i ususally has samasung devices and now got my self an htc one.
i have the att version and 4.3 is driving me nuts.
i heard there is a way to change it to the international version and to get an update to 4.4 with the sense 5.5.
is it possible?
is there anyone that can send me links and explain shortly what should i do?
thanks
First off you want the developer edition software not the international version. Second, there's a thread right in this section that explains exactly how to do it

So I have an HTC HD7 from T-Mobile laying and I heard from a friend that you can install a android rom into it. If so, how could I do this? Does cyanogenmod work or just the stock version of Kitkat or jellybean?

Please **do some research, do some research, do some research**
This response is so good (I do not get tired).
Hello all, I have a question that I hope isn't already answered.
I have my T-Mobile galaxy S5 and I had rooted it and flashed roms, the whole nine yards... I then un-rooted it and flashed the stock rom (the most current at the time).
It has been a couple months since I have updated it because as you guys know, once you root your phone, you no longer get any OTA updates...
So my question is, if I go from the current stock T-Mobile build that I am on (G900TUVU1ANCH) to the most current one, correct me if I am wrong, (G900TUVU1BNG3) will I miss out on anything from the releases before that? Like I know that T-Mobile added the VoLTE software in the release before this one... if I skip that release for the new one, will I not receive that software? Do the new builds add on to the previous ones?
Thank you for your responses!

No, the latest version of the firmware is the whole firmware. It should include the whole system with all updates etc.

yup, just install the latest and your good.
As the earlier reply suggested, you do not need to install all of the firmware versions that have been released. The most current, full firmware image will be a stand alone and full featured set of features. If you find any feature missing, it would only be because Samsung or the carrier depreciated it and do not intend that feature to be available on any future firmware releases either.
So you just need to flash the most current firmware.

Hello guys,
I have this Korean GS3 SHV-E210L and there's not much of it on internet so I thought that GT-I9305 (International Version) also has the same identical specifications as E210L but when I tried porting any I9305 ROM by following this guide, it didn't work. What to do? I need to port Lollipop 5.1.1 for my Korean device. Please provide me your valuable suggestions so that I can be able to at least port something.
PS: I'm no developer but I'm a quick learner.
Best Regards,
Umer
