I'm using the note with t mobile service and was wondering if the blaze 4g modem would work with at&t 4g? Selling the phone, so should I flash a at&t modern?

If you're selling the phone it probably would be simplest for your buyer if you install a stock rom and ULF6 modem. Everything is in the super everything thread.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm running. I get respectable 4G speeds (6 up / 3 down). Of the 3 or 4 T-mobile modem files out there, I found 2 worked for me...then it was just a bake-off with SpeedTest.net to see which one I wanted to stick with.
Unfortunately, I couldn't tell you which specifically...once I got it working, I didn't keep the files around.

I worked the hell out of the telus, KID and Blaze radios in ICS and have found, for me, Blaze gives the best result, with KID a close second.
You can find these in the developers and general sections under threads labelled for T-Mo modems.
Does my phone have to be unlocked or can I just flash the blaze modem?

Hi, im customer on Rogers in canada with LTE signal....every rom i try , jelly,ics...every time i got the bad speedtest ...With rogers i can go up too 29-30mb and on every other rom my speed is maximun 10-15mb

Are you using the exact same APN with the Canadian ICS ROM as you do the custom ROMs?
I am with Rogers and currently have a jb custom rom and find my lte to be the same, if not better with the UCLF6 modem.

I'm trying to bring my t-mobile branded galaxy note over to At&t due to the horrible service at t-mobile in my area. My question is once my phone is unlocked and ready for use on At&t can I just flash the custom roms that are located in the At&t section of the galaxy note or am I suppose to stick with t-mobile note roms?

From what I understand the notes for tmobile at&t rogers in canada and bell are the same and you can flash whatever carrier firmware you want on them or any custom rom

Yes, once unlocked you can use other the att or T-Mobile ROMS. YOU mqy need to flash an att radio to maximize your data speeds though.

hello all I have looked everywhere for the answers all have dead links,
I have a unlocked att i717, rooted, flashed radio I have pretty much the works on the phone
I am using metropcs as my cell service they use tmobile towers, I am wanting a tmobile rom that I can
use the wifi calling, I read that I can use a stock rom and use a few other files to get it to work correctly
with my service. every link I have found is dead, can someone please point me to the right place or
link me files I need to flash on my i717 so I can use the wifi calling that is built into the tmobile rom.

It will work. If you mean on a telus network, the wifi calling (do they have that?) likely will not, and you'll probably need to flash a different modem. I know nothing of Telus, though.
Hardware wise, though, it will work just fine.
My wife is using MetroPCS as well. Her phone is from CA Telus. Mine is from att. Mine was i717 before I flashed a TMobile ROM. Hers,is the i717d.
