in case of not installing the app successfully,try this way: Extract the apk from the .zip. Tested - wasn't usable due to all the apps descriptions in the play store being unreadable & cant change the text colour of the description

Today I just wanna share the new ICS Market update.
You can download the zip at the botom of this post, dont flash it!
1. Download zip
2. Extract Zip in AndroZip/RootExplorer
3. Locate to system/app/Phonesky.apk
4. Copy phonesky.apk to /system/app and deleting the original Vending.apk.
5. Set the normal permisions for the Market (diagram at bottom of post).
6. Reboot

The two apps are most likey NOT genuinely from ICS.
a) Even ICS ROMs call the Market "vending.apk"
b) Market 3.4.4 is NOT a special ICS version - it's available for all devices
c) The Music application may be newer than what ships with Froyo / Gingerbread ROMs, but the stock app can't stand up to Google Music as it does not support GMusic.
These are modded APKs, nothing more, nothing less.

Please check your Google Play Store with version is it currently on....there shouldn't be any problem install this Store since it is compatible with all phone....

I manage to install your new version on my lww real ics 5.2. And it open also but there is no option avilable on my phone like in your screen shot and whenever I try to download any thing from PlayNow it force close every time and this thing happenes on each of your version

Those screenshot is not taken from our xperia devices but on my Galaxy S Advance it does show the same as the screenshot with the same apk install on both devices....
i don't have FC on both of my devices while downloading any apps from the store and i don't use PlayNow to download any apps either....

also: I'm running FXP244 CM10 on my mini pro and I've installed Play Service and Google Now without any problem. but when I push GoogleHome.apk to system/app and try running it, I get "Unfortunately, Google Search has stopped" error and I'm back to Nova homescreen.
also, DeskclockGoogle.apk spits out "There was a problem while parsing the package" error when I'm trying to install it.
GoogleCamera-1.apk works fine too, only Panorama mode is laggy and buggy. other than that, it's ridiculously fast. and smooth. BUT it can't be opened by pressing and holding camera button. AND if I remove the Gallery2.apk (the noHDR version, don't remember who modded it), I can't go to the gallery from the camera by swiping to the left, even when I install GalleryGoogle.apk (which, btw, doesn't show any pictures when I install and open it).
umm can you just upload the keyboard please. also I have tried installing through the zip I mean after extracting. but I can't seem to find those emoticons in my keyboard. any fixes or library files or TTF files would be great

THIS IS NOT A FLASHABLE ZIPs, Unzip it and then Choose the app you want to install.
Notes :
If you want to use the Google Experience Launcher you need to Install the Google Now and Google Play Service, So it's mean the Launcher only Compatible With 4.2+
I Recommend you to install these on System/App to make all of it properly working
Google Experience Launcher has a Screen for Google Now on the far left and All Apps icon will be bigger and can't be resized
Google Camera is Much Better than default Camera (Since it doesn't have any Green flickering issue on Our Device running 4.3)
All of this App tested using Xperia Mini Running PAC 4.3 With its Latest Build
