Hello, do you think there is an app that will let me sync photos from android phone, android tablet pc and win7? But with 2 features
- Synchronize automatically only new photos and if I move the photos into folders I update all
- What you save photos devices to view them offline.
Picasa is right for me?
Thank you.

Thanks matey just tried picasa in the market and its actually better, as it uploads, as many as you want, it's not limited to just a couple, thanks.
With KIES you can make photo albums and choose what to sync. But after syncing all photos are copied to the camera folder. They are not seperated by the albumnames. Is there a solution or different software to do this?
I want to be able to regular change for what to sync. If I would have to do this all by hand.........
I upload photo's from my computer to Picasa Web using Picasa, where they are stored in my Google Plus space.
Under my account sync settings in Android, along with Gmail and Contacts and all that, I've got "Sync Google Photos" and "Sync Picasa Web Albums".
What's the difference between these two choices?
I was wondering the same thing too.

I believe this quote/link should help half of your question.
Android 4.0 devices have a system setting that allows you to Sync Google Photos.
This setting enables syncing of your Google Photos from your web albums to your device's Gallery app. As a result, if you have a large number of photos in your web albums that have been uploaded through Picasa Web Albums or Google+, you may notice a high amount of battery or data usage during this sync.
This setting also enables or disables sync for Instant Uploads to Google+. However, to enable Instant Upload, you must enable Sync Google Photos as well as enable Instant Upload within the Google+ app.

In Picasa you can upload photos at the original size, with Google+ it will resize & compress it whether you want it or not. Not what I want
Ok, i have this small problem/question.
The new Hangouts app automatically saves photos sent in private conversations in private folders, and i am fine with that.
So i went to my Google+ account, erased these photos but i still see an emtpy folder (the conversation folder which contained the photos) in my Nexus 4 Gallery. However, no such folder is anymore present in my Google+ account when checking it from my pc.
Am i missing something obvious here? I mean after a couple of different conversations, even if i erase the photos i will have a gallery full of empty folders. Any ideas?
Hi Panooos,
Try the following.
Login to picasa web albums and delete the empty albums and then select Refresh.
This worked for me.
Is there an Application, that allows me to (automatic)upload photos from my wp8 devices, directly to my own Cloud / server at home?

As far as I know, this could be achieved by uploading the photos to SkyDrive, then sync them using SkyDrive client on PC and after that you can sync the photos from SkyDrive to ownCloud via ownCloud syncing client.

Ok thanks for the answer. But WP8 allows the integration of Apps, that can run in Background and Upload files. There are a lot of Cloud Apps in the Store, but ive no one found, that allows me to connect to an own server / cloud @home. The way with skydrive to owncloud is not a perfect solution for me.

You can still mount the SkyDrive as a partition on Linux or as Network Folder on Windows and do whatever you want with it.
On the other hand, writing native client for your home server could be a PITA, so the only easy way is to make a chain between skydrive (where photos are uploaded automatically and you server.
Ok that sounds good. I will give a try, thank you! But is there also no way to access the data (eg. pictures), directly from the wp8 on my server?

there are 2 way to access the photos from server:
1 - install any webserver, put some gallery script over it and browse it from internet explorer.
2 - create an app and custom gallery script on you home server ))
Ok thank you. I dont have the opportunity to create an app, will try it with a simple gallery script.
